He knows his team sucks... the line "Your team hasn't won anything since we had dial-up internet" never gets old... And it helps that he actually roots for the Giants. But the Eagles... this is their peak year... if they don't win it this year, it will be tougher next year because a lot of their players are looking to get paid. Whatever happens from here though, great season. the only serious parallel I can draw to 2007 is this team has improved steadily all year, and now has a meaningless game in the final week of the season against a more talented team playing for much more than us. Instead of history, this time its a first seed and a playoff bye week. play 'em close, win it, lose it, who cares, just play them close and build some confidence heading into the playoffs. The last time a member of my family was in attendance for a playoff clinching game was me in Buffalo in 2007. They went on to win the super bowl. Lewis is already warning the team not to do the mistakes they did a.k.a Boat Party.
