I'm sure if Daboll was a minority he would of been hired regardless. That's the problem with the NFL teams don't want to hire the unproven guy who might set you back 5 years, they want to grab guys from winning programs or those re treds because they know them already. It was an imperfect situation but if he was and is more adept he could have handled that much better. He seems to be a guy who knows X's and O's better than most; but eats the pablum (including politically and socially) like most people out there.
