A head coach needs to really lead his team... is THAT the guy that you say, "I"m gonna get behind this guy, because his wits and knowledge will lead us to victory?" Losing is bad enough.....getting utterly humiliated 3 weeks in a row will get a coach fired in the mid season. Jones is a business man.....he realizes a new coach will get a honeymoon from the fans.
