BlueInCanada
I'm excited to see what this kid does this year. I think he sets franchise records.
Herc
Hes so awesome. We got a shot at having the best rb, best wr and best te at some point.

Tempest
Would be nice to see a head coach find ways to maximize the potential of Evan Engram this year. Just Stay Healthy is all I'm asking for the next three months here.
Bigblue25
Seems Shurmur knows what a TE seam is at least Giants: Let's draft this TE because he can stretch the seam and take the safety off Beckham McAdoo: I am going to run him on 3 yard outs

"Let's sign a TE and play him less than 50% of the time despite him being the best player on our offense." Yes, you read that correctly... Rhett Ellison was the highest-graded Giant on offense last year.
Herc
I like Ellison too. Out TE group is really nice. And he may play more now. Shepard says hes playing more on the outside so maybe thats the plan instead of replacing marshall, with engram getting more snaps out of the slot
BlueInCanada
The neat thing about Ellison is him and Shurmur have a history. Don't think he's just a blocking TE, Ellison is gonna be used a lot in the passing game. I wouldn't be surprised to see a set with OBJ, Shepard, Engram, Ellison and Barkley to be a majority of the snaps.
MakeMeSomeFoodHo
The offense can be really incredible if everyone stays healthy and plays to their potential. I'm excited to see them

Tempest
I still don't see how anyone could get excited over a McAdoodles team Because people credited McAdoo for Green Bay's offense oddly and had decided Coughlin was holding the offense back. BronxRik
I still don't see how anyone could get excited over a McAdoodles team He got us to the playoffs in 2016 and was expected to go further, so yeah I was excited for the 2017 season too. I still say '17 was an anomaly and this team isn't the 2nd coming of the Browns, even if they would have kept McAdoo.
Herc
We went 11-5 and had a top defense. It wasnt unreasonable to be optimistic

I think the team goes to the playoffs in 2016 with anyone at the helm, that teams only reason for their suceess was JRs curtain call in signing a lot of really good FA defense players. That team was horribly coached from day one when McAttack took the HC role.

Sephiroth
It's going to be really interesting watching this team with Shurmur at the helm too. Gettleman is a real leader, and he's made sure every position group has at least one veteran who's also a vocal leader. Shurmur himself though? Not a leader of men. Still doesn't maintain eye contact, still shrugs his shoulders... his body language and demeanor are terrible. Maybe since there's so many other strong personalities on the team the Giants can pull it off and be competitive but if we have a shitty start to year two I think he's going to be outta here. Kids in their 20s aren't going to sacrifice their bodies for Coach Quiet Guy.

He was always thought of as a offensive brainiac who puts the best people in the best position to be successful and calls the best possible play in any situation without getting too cute. I loved how Minny ran their offense with a very average Keenum under center and thielen and diggs are no OBJ and Shepard. Im excited about his season.
