Nas Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 Ok, I'll make it nice and short... my best friend called me yesterday and basically said that since the Giants are out of the playoffs that I should root for Dallas since he rooted for the Giants in '07. You can tell him that the only reason he rooted for the Giants in '07 was because nobody outside of Boston could stand the arrogance of Tom Brady and Bostonians and couldn't bear another major sports championship going to a city that was way too full of itself. What's worse is out of all the teams in the NFL the cowboys would be dead last I'd "root" for. I concur and I'll root for the Saints because as mentioned they have been such a bad team for so long and CCase is a fan so that's good enough for me. Colts and Saints SB would be great. I actually hope the Colts win actually so that all these talking heads can shut up about giving up the perfect season. The only people who care about it are a few old guys from the 70s. Then again, since they rarely show the cheerleaders anymore, I may pull for the Eagles since they are closer, and a lot of my friends are Eagle fans. Then again, my son in law is a Colt fan, so... It's not hard to root for another team.. it's damn near impossible to root for the cowboys though.
