Toney - Gone

Ojulari - Starter

Robinson - Probably gets cut with Banks/Hawkins and Flott playing better than him.

Smith - gone

Brightwell - Can't see him surviving with how much Grey has been playing

Williams - cut today

What a final draft for DG lol

Aaron Robinson is upset that Ellerson Smith beat him in their head to head competition to see who could stay off the football field the most that he's just begging to be waived this preseason.

Reminds me of Sam Beal.

Spend a third round? Pick on the guy.

Played what? 8 games?

Off the team in three years.

Also remember when we went into that season with Nate Solder as our starting RT, and Will Hernandez at RG? Plus scrubs at LG and C too? Dumbass Gettleman.

God I hated the Solder signing and posted about it.

I remember some people thought I was crazy for calling him an average tackle.

I need to find that thread.

Bumping this because Azeez Ojulari injured himself last Sunday and is considered doubtful this Sunday vs Arizona.

Safe to call him injury prone at this point.

Unless he somehow turns it around, this draft class is looking abysmal.

Do we take into account Toney netting us Waller and Hawkins?

I take it into account like this:

Who would I rather have on the team... Micah Parsons or Rashawn Slater, or a year of Kadarius Toney, followed by Waller, Hawkins, and Evan Neal?

Pretty easy choice for me.

God I wanted Smith or Parsons so bad that draft.

Smith by far was the guy I wanted in blue, he would of given Jones an massive upgrade day 1 at WR.

Unfortunately Getty basically took out road side advertisements that he wanted Smith.

Then he trades down missing on Parsons.

Could of grabbed Paye or Rosseau to make up for it but he picked Toney lol

The Giants made some sort of deal with the devil for those Eli SBs.

We won't really know about Hawkins or Waller till a few years down the road but I'd much rather have Parsons then either of those two by a country mile.

I'm actually considering calling him Mr. Glass.

Parsons I have no questions about, but I do wonder if Slater would be the Slater we know with coaching from Sale and Johnson...

We could have traded down and still gotten Darrisaw, who I liked in the draft but felt was a notch or two below Slater.   At the spot we traded down, I would have probably gone for Paye.

Darrisaw hasn't really worked out either.

But yeah Paye would of been a decent pick up.

Word... I have always been a defense guy going back to the Dark Ages of Mendenhall... NT/DT at the beginning of the LT era.  Giants always change the game for the better and either walk/run away from it... or the game leaves them behind for some reason.
