Every year Sean Payton does it with mirrors and Brees early in the season and every year they eventually get the crap kicked out of them

This year the crap kicking is going to be administered early.....and all the commentators will say we still have not beaten anyone, that New Orleans was not a contender

LOL....... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Yeah Brees and mirrors. We are the same team as last year. It is all show, we still don't have balance on offense, thats why when the Bills and Jets shut down Brees and made him a non-factor we beat them by leading the league in rushing, with UDFAs as backs, and we all know the Jets and Bills defense is far inferior to the likes of the mighty Raiders and Chiefs. Our defense still sucks too, yeah we are ranked in the top 10 and are near the top when it comes to scoring off of turnovers, but we have only played against rookie QBs like Matt Stafford who got their first win in nearly 2 years off of a pathetic Washington team that the Giants struggled against. Sheeesh. The Giants may very well win this one, I think they are just a little to physical for the Saints, but its not going to be anything near the crap kicking you predict. And god forbid the Saints pull this one out, because the media shitstorm that comes down if they do lose will be NOTHING compared to media shitstorm that will ensue for the Giants if the Saints do happen to pull this one out. You think you are tired of hearing about how soft your schedule has been NOW, lose to the Saints and every pundit out there is going to playing the overrated card.

lol....Jack says dumb shit just to stir things up.

By the way, the Giants hardly struggled with Washington. That game wasn't anywhere near as close as the score indicates....the outcome was never in doubt, just the Giants margin of victory. The only test the Giants have had this year came from Dallas...and with the way they've been playing since then, I'd feel a lot better about the Giants if that game had not been so close.

I think the Giants and the Saints are in the same boat...yeah, they've played well, they're undefeated, but neither team has really beaten anybody yet. You're right...the loser earns the 'overrated' label for at least a month.

Don't listen to Jack. hes just a fucking idiot who no one here takes seriously and we look at him as the joke of the message board.

I do expect the game to be an interesting one though, can we stop the Saints passing attack? Can they stop our rushing attack? Should be an entertaining game and I wouldnt be surprised if it was a high scoring game.

I'm not worried.....we will annihilate the Aints

Your team cannot withstand this kind of heat......Brees will be running for his life and Reggie will likely get injured if he tries to run into our D ......Reggie I've noticed is a little fragile

The funny thing will be the camera panning to the "jerry jones is losing" face Shockey will be sporting from the 2nd Qtr till games end

Sorry, the pundits who have the Saints at #2 in the NFL are going to have a field day back peddling after 4PM on Sunday

Right now I'd say the top 5 in the NFL are Giants, Miami, Denver, Pittsburg, and The Eagles.......you guys should not be in the top 10

but take heart I could be wrong..........i occasionally am :o(..........its rare though

I call it as I see it

The Saints are an annual fizzling rocket

The problem is they do not have a stout D........relying on good hitting is great.......until you meet a real pitcher

Word is that Coughlin is going to have Zak DeOssie check the goalpost padding for cell phones. That's what special team guys do. That's half the battle right there.

What ever happened to old Joe Horn.........he dropped out of sight like a rock

wansn't he pro bowl?

The Saints are not clearly anything

This will be their 1st test and they will flunk miserably..........mark my words

They cannot match up with us physically..............no QB alone is going to beat this present Giants team.

He will be harassed all day long......he is not a quick hitter like joe montana......brees thrives on the mid range and long range stuff

As a matter of fact the only team I think has a shot at beating us baring injuries is Philadelphia, and they are a longshot at that

Yeah, he made the mistake of getting old! But when he came over from KC, his first 5 seasons with the Saints were off the charts. From 2000 to 2005, he averaged 87 receptions, 1250 yards and 9 TDs per year.

The Giants weak secondary will be exposed this Sunday, mark my words

They have more than a QB, the Saints will have Thomas, Bell, Bush, and Heath Evans to tote the rock, and Dallas has already proven that the ball can be run down the Giants throats. The Giants D Line is the best in football. The Saints have a pretty good offensive line, Drew Brees is probably the least sacked QB in the NFL over the past couple of seasons. You have an injured QB and RB, I think the Saints Defense matches up pretty well at this point.

<<<He will be harassed all day long......he is not a quick hitter like joe montana......brees thrives on the mid range and long range stuff>>>

That's exactly what Drew Bree is, he has the quickest release in football. He has been compared to Dan Marino with his ability go get rid of the ball quickly.

Philly will beat you. But they were blown out by the Saints 48-22. You can say that the Saints D gave up a lot of points to Philly and Detroit, but those were garbage points long after the game was decided. In the Saints other games the gave up 3 to Buffalo. The TD was scored off a fake field goal. The jets scored off a short field after a Bush fumble, so the Saints D only give up three, really while scoring a couple of TDs too.

See you on Sunday, may the better team win.

Welcome Saints fan- On what basis do you feel Philly will beat us? Because McNabb is back? I agree facing Philly with McNabb is a much more formidable test than say someone like Kevin Kolb. Yet, you base your defensive prowess on only giving up 22 points to Kolb. illogical.

Well Spoken my N.O. Friend

Lets see if your team can back up your opinions.......meeting the Giants is like putting your team through a meatgrinder You will have to be awfully tough to match the Giants physically......thats the rub, and the thing the stats don't show......we are an extremely physical team but can strike offensively from any part of the field

If you do win, and some pundits are picking you......you will have earned it

How many yards did you give up to Philly with a patchwork O line and back-up QB???

Shut your fucking mouth.

A lot of the national media is picking the Saints, yet the local media is picking the Giant. I think either team is capable of winning. This game is more important to the Saints because a win will make them a serious Superbowl contender. If you beat the best, you will be considered a contender and I would say that the Giants are the top two. I am from Brooklyn, and have been a lifelong Yankee fan. I moved to New Orleans when I was four and have been a Saints fan since it's inception. I have family in New York, and they are Mets and Jets fans, go figure. I really got into the Yankees in the 70s when they had Louisiana Lightning Ron Guidry pitching for them. Most Saints fans will tell you that we really like Eli Manning because we watched him grow up, and he is like family to us. We have seen his success from High School, College and the Pros. I guarantee you that most Saints fans were jumping up and yelling for Eli and the Giants during the Superbowl, and we feel the same about Peyton. You guys have a great team. and if we win on Sunday, we will take a huge step up in status and will be viewed as a quality team, because the Giants are a quality team. It is going to be a tough one. I say that you will lose to Philly because they are a good team and it is hard to sweep a good division opponent. We will surely have our hands full with Atlanta.

The Saints have beaten us more often than I care to think about. They've had a top offense for a few years now, and it looks like their defense is shaping up. This will not be easy.

i know

i was at yankee stadium in the 70s

al hirt blew the national anthem on his horn

we lost, and homer jones took off his helmet and started clobbering every saint he could find with the helmet

a riot broke out and i jumped down from the stands

a cop pulled his gun and i retreated

what a scene.....cloudy cold day like today.......very weird
