I agree with many of your assessments. I think we should run the ball more and I thought it was a huge mistake when they took out Jacobs down at the 4 or 5 yardline. I'm not sold on us having a dominating running game because of our o-line. For the last few years, I've seen Tiki juking the defense for his yards. Look at the Tennessee game, we needed to run out the clock and Tiki couldn't do it. There was penetration on every one of our running plays. You could blame the coaches on that because Jacobs would have been better suited for that though. I think we should be running the ball more but I don't think that we can tell our opponents and dare them to stop it. I don't think our o-line is as good as the one we had back in the early 90s. I don't see a problem with trying it to see what happens though. I think Jacobs could be the x-factor and make it work. Just my 2 cents.

Big Ben threw 20 passes a game last year. His team had a #1 or 2 defense and they ran the ball. Put him on the Giants and I don't know if he would be more successful. Rivers has a RB that scores 3-4 TDs a game with a real good defense. Honestly, you can't judge them yet. I wish we could insert those 2 QBs on the Giants for a laugh. I think it would turn out to be a laugh too. In a few more years, we'll be able to make some evaluations.

I'm not sticking up for TC, I know he's made his fair share of mistakes. I don't believe that bringing in a new coach with these same players will solve our problems though. Should this team fall apart in these last few weeks, they'll need almost a complete rebuild with a new coach.

TC has his fair share of screw ups. He screwed up the Chicago game with his FG attempt and the Titans game with no FG attempt. TC put these players in position to win the Dallas game though. Gibril as a professional athlete should know how to catch an INT that went through his hands. Kiwi should know how to hold on to a football when there is no contact made, that's not on TC. Eli's mechanics are on Eli and it comes from fear of getting hit. He throws off his back foot when there is pressure in his face. His mechanics should get better when he gets more comfortable in the pocket. Notice how after Luke went down is when Eli really started to struggle. No one can correct that except Eli himself, it's mental.

TC has made mistakes, especially when he took Jacobs out down at the 5 yardline. The players were still put in position to win. It's not TC's fault that Kiwanuka INTs and then fumbles the ball away. It's not TC's fault that Gibril lets that sure 6 point INT sail right threw his hands. When are these players gonna take accountability for all their fuck ups over the years. If TC can't discipline this group, then no one can. I'm sure the owners know this.

Kurt Warner was a sack machine. Giants weren't going anywhere that year. Eli should have started from game 1.

The only thing I can say is, the Giants don't have homefield advantage. These asshole refs suck. The non call on Shockey. the crackback and the out of bounds hit were all bullshit. Also tiki was leg whipped for a tackle with no call, it was clear as day. Shockey gets held on almost every play. Why do we have to play against the 12th man in our own fucking house every other week?

I don't know but didn't Eli throw to Shockey a few weeks ago, but Shockey dropped it 3 times. I agree that they still need keep throwing the ball to Shockey. BTW, Shockey has been getting held on almost every play with no calls from the refs. This has more to do with the wailing of his arms than Eli.

Just be careful what you wish for. A new coach will come in and get rid of a few key players, especially those who opened their mouths to the press or possibly even clean house. I respected TC because he never did a Dan Reeves to this team, which may be the reason why it's still an undisciplined team.

I listened to Strahan on Monday. He never said anything bad about Plax. The reporter tried to stir up trouble by confronting Plax and twisting what Strahan said. I believe Strahan said "if a player were to quit, he needs to realize that he's quitting on us too". I don't blame him for getting upset with that fucking instigating reporter.

It wouldn't surprise me considering the way the offense plays when their in the no-huddle. I never liked Gilbride ever since Buddy Ryan wanted to beat the shit out of him.

In no way am I defending TC. He's made alot of mistakes. TC has that BC connection though, which brought us Snee and Kiwi. It ticks me off that these players quit on Fassel and now they hate TC. I look at it this way, they should have never quit on Fassel. They knew the alternative at that time.

Coughlin inherited a 4-12 team that quit on their coach (Fassel). That's why I could give a rats ass if they like their coach. Sure they were good in all the skilled positions but their o-line was in shambles. Coughlin brought in Chris Snee to solidify the o-line. Anybody else notice that our draft picks have been better since Coughlin arrived? No doubt, Coughlin has made some huge mistakes this year. As far as the players revolting, they'll be playing for a new team next year. I heard that Peter King said that they were already in the process of printing up an extension for TC.
