Holmes is out. Parker looks to be out. Smith isn't looking too good. We might get lucky with this one.

Ross has done a lot more right this year than wrong. Even when he got burnt by Edwards... he had slipped, and had the speed to recover and save the TD (impressive). He's a good one.

I wasn't sure how he'd do either, but every time he's in there he does seem to be in the right position and make plays. He's probably not starter material, but he IS a top-notch backup. The kid's all heart... he doesnt' really have the size or speed to play in the NFL, but you KNOW he'll give you 100% on every play. I mean c'mon... they told the guy his neck injury might end his career so he went and added nine inches of muscle. That's some work ethic. I'm glad we have him locked up.

I like Smith a lot, but still think Plax is our best WR. Though I've gotta admit, Plax and Eli don't appear to be on the same page since his suspension and that's troubling... Eli looks to be forcing the ball to Plax a lot, and Burress' body language says that he's not really focused (languishing outta the huddle, no hustle).

I was at the game yesterday... next series, Plax said something to the official or te official said something to Plax that ended up with the official patting Plax on the butt. So it doesn't seem to be any really hard feelings. Did they show that on TV? I didn't get to see his sideline tirade either... and I'm at work on a lunch break and can't watch now.

...what happened? The first two games of the season he was a madman... but I can't remember his name being called more than once a game since.

Yeah... two red-zone turnovers fucking killed us. As long as we can play with less mistakes we have a championship-caliber team. I really thought we were still gonna win it till Eli threw that pick-6. Good though. Hopefully the doubters start to doubt again and the team gets pissed. So far this week, I've heard "dynasty" "best QB in the league" "NFL's best team" and "Giants" in the same sentence. We suck when the Giants believe their own hype... always have.

I think we only had one sack in the Seattle game, too. Not sure what the hell is going on with those guys up front, but they had better figure it out quick. Only one more "easy" game on the schedule and that's next week. :/

Actually, it was me. Usually you should wear the white Umenyiora jersey until the bye, but our Super Bowl victory has reset everything karmically. I wore the blue Jacobs jersey until the bye, then smartly wore the red Phillips jersey to the game... but that is only a GAME jersey after the bye. Wearing it during MNF was a bad move, on my part. Sorry everyone.
