MikeGL
Can we afford him? That's the issue.
Treehugger
Do we even want him?
MikeGL
If he's very affordable, sure...new OC, worked with the OC before, and we could use a receiving TE this year. I'm a bit afraid that Nicks leaves and we are with Cruz and Randle. It'd be nice to complement with Finley.
Mr. P
if he's cheap.
Bigblue25
He had spinal fusion surgery last year and has hands of stone. No thanks. If we signed him, it be less likely we draft a TE. We would put all our hopes on him.
Gman329
Bad hands, inconsistent and will be overpriced. Pass.

boohyah
I agree with others here, let's not go that route. You want to recruit from Green Bay, Randall Cobb

You want to recruit from Green Bay, Randall Cobb Even though I wouldn't mind Evan Dietrich-Smith. Getting tired of the let's get this guy from Green Bay because we have their QB coach. NeMesiS
Don't we need a TE that can, oh I don't know, run block?
Herc
not interested. hurt too much and disappears for entire games. and jesus i didnt even know about the spinal fusion surgery, definite pass imo
gmenroc
Unless we're able, all of a sudden, to block on the offensive line...a heavily debatable shiny new toy isn't going to do much.
Allstarjim
Finley would be a big mistake. The Giants do need an accomplished pass catcher, to give Eli a legitimate mismatch on the field, but not a guy who has Finley's injury history. Finley should retire. Mr. P
I wouldn't mind them bringin in Pettigrew, if they brought in a free agent.
gmenroc
With Jimmy Graham, Pitta, Finley, Pettigrew all hitting the FA market...a guy like Fred Davis or Andrew Quarless may be passed over and worth a look.
