TaylorBanksCarsonVanPelt Posted December 17, 2007 Share Posted December 17, 2007 I think they need to go back to the offensive rules back in the 60's and 70's where the second the offensive linesman's hands/arms go outside of the defender's body...it should be an immediate holding call.
