  1. If I recall correctly we had more yards rushing then passing that game. The defense couldn't stop the Eagles offense at all and Eli couldn't complete a pass to save his life. The only thing Gilly did right that game was call rushing plays.
  2. Obviously you are just some Gilbride fanboy who wouldnt say a single bad thing about him and thinks he's the best OC to coach the game. It can't be any sort of rational opinion of the man, it's obvious you just love him. Dude.
  3. Instead of getting shot while on a team, these kids can look forward to being shot before they even have their name called. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000404486/article/2015-nfl-draft-to-be-held-in-chicago
  4. Because at the end of the day, it's just a game. Not like these guys hate each other or anything. The Giant's did it for Bradshaw.
  5. If JR could land Suh that would make me so happy.
  6. That's like saying you'd rather have a shit sandwich than a turd sandwich. Although both of them are good special teams players.
  7. At the same time, if RG The Third walked in and won every single game and took them to a SB, then it would of been the best trade ever made. However, this is reality. I don't think the 'Skins expected him to be as injured as he has been, it's just turned out to be a bad situation all around for them. Teams will bank anything on a franchise player, heck Ditka traded away an entire draft plus more just to get a RB, oddly enough it was to the Redskins and even with all those picks they remained irrelevant.
  8. Yeah I'm going to agree with Storm, the LB core this year has looked alot better in terms of consistency of their play, you might get one or two plays a game where they are outplayed but it's better then previous years of being outplayed every snap. I think if anything the secondary is getting exposed on a more frequent basis, we have a 1 and 2 corner combo but outside of DRC and Mooky we really don't have any depth at corner and they get burnt on almost every pass play. The safety depth is atrocious, Stevie "The Wonder" Brown shouldn't be starting and it's a shame Cooper Taylor is on IR and Rolle is the only safety on the team who is a starter.
  9. 1. I agree the Giant's seem to secretly want to have the #1 pick in the draft. 2. Our WRs have always had fumbling problems, the funny thing is the worst guy I have ever seen hold the ball Plax, never fumbled despite swigging it around with one hand. 3. MacAttack called a good game away from Watt, they didnt run at him and they chipped him in the backfield, other than that he was still a force in almost every play, Pugh showed he can run with the big boys. I wonder though how it would of went if Clowny was healthy. 4. Eli and Mac must have spent a few nights up each others ass because they finally seem to be on the same page. 5. I still don't remember anyone crying about Joesph leaving, then again I know I didn't think anything of it. Hankins and Moore are going to be starters on this team for many years to come, that is if JR doesnt let them leave after four years.
  10. Prince is a pretty average corner in all honesty, he's not really anything special despite how highly people think of him on here for some reason. Moore is a talent at DE, he's a third round pick (yes they can start) that for some reason Fewell refuses to put on the field to let develop.
  11. I don't see Martin becoming more then a career backup, he's undersized to play the run and so far in Dallas has looked completely lost in pass protection (his supposed strong suit) I'd rather have Richburg who can play the every interior position, then trying to take a left tackle and make him play right guard.
  12. I second this tradition.
  13. To be fair it's JR drafting, so the guy will probably be off the team in four years or have a career ending injury in two.
  14. I love Sundays and watching any game I can (thank you NFL redzone) I still love the game that I grew up playing. After cheering on teams like the Blue Jays, Raptors and even the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, I've become accustom to losing seasons and hopeless causes. Maybe you just don't like the NFL anymore, have you tried tennis?
  15. Andre Johnson still put up stupid numbers with David Carr and that shitty Oline. Then he did it with Matt Shaub. Cruz works best when he isnt the defenses focus, so in other words he's a slot WR, trying to play and make #1 money.
  16. This isn't the GMB on that other site. We're not all fucking crazy like over there.
  17. Fuck Cruz is making more money then this year than either Rodney White or Julio Jones (who I think are the best WR combo in the league) both those guys are number one WR threats. Cruz is making 7.4 mil, White is 6.2 and Jones is 5.1. I'd switch Cruz with either of those guys any day of the week. Cruz is getting paid on a year by year basis as a top 15 WR, and he can barely outplay an nickle corner.
  18. All the major sports have come around to this way of treating and running the sport. When endorsements and deals with clothing vendors, TV networks and all that jazz started to make the leagues and owners, millions, then 100s of millions, then billions, why go back to anything else? This will blow over, the NFL will paint some lackey with holding the tape from the league office, they will pay some fines and make up to some organizations and groups, launch some campaigns with Eli Manning saying "Don't hit women....OHAMA!" Sports players have killed people, beat their wives and kids, got caught doing and selling drugs, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. It will all blow over because at the end of the day much like Fox News, sports leagues have gotten really good at distracting people away from what's really happening.
  19. Owen Daniels, former Houston Texan. Was a heck of a player for the Texans, wouldn't of mind getting him in free agency, however he was coming off an ACL tear and in his 30s thats a death sentence for most players.
  20. I'm honestly afraid that Watt is going to kill Eli, honestly the guy is 6ft7ft12ft10 and looks like he could step into an MMA ring with the best of them. The guy's a fucking monster and I'm afraid he's going to fuck Beatty then give Eli the sloppy seconds.
  21. Not to mention let's look at the stats of Nicks vs Cruz, the year Nicks was "dogging it" Nicks finished with 896 yard, 56 receptions, his longest being 57 yards. He has 38 first downs, 14 plays of 20+ yards and 4 plays of 40+ yards and he missed a game. Cruz finished with 998 yards, 73 receptions, his longest being 70 yards. He finished with 45 first downs, 10 plays of 20+ yards and 3 plays of 40+ yards as well as four TDs. If people honestly though that Nicks was "dogging" I question them to tell me what the fuck our top 10 paid WR Cruz was doing that year.
  22. He's covering for the owners, who could care less about an RB beating his wife. He'll stay in until he runs out of his usefulness, same thing happened to Tagliabue.
