  1. Peterson is still going to be returning punts for the Cards, they just brought in Ginn to ease up on the amount of times he has to do it since Peterson is also playing on the offence. And the Cowboys are still letting Dez return punts in practice just incase they ever need him too do it, so they have no hesitation putting him back there. http://cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/2014/06/dez-bryant-returns-punts-at-minicamp-jason-garrett-hell-be-in-the-bullpen-if-we-need-him.html/
  2. Maybe Beckham is still the better returner.
  3. I just don't think we have the players to run the type of west coast offence that McAdoo wants.
  4. I wouldn't be surprised if it isnt another season before the offense is clicking the way MacAndCheese want's it too.
  5. Wilson has no problem in the return game.
  6. I'd have no problem with it, if he was the better returner come season start.
  7. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000359985/article/kurt-warner-to-be-inducted-into-cards-ring-of-honor Some people say he should easily have a seat in the HoF in 2015.
  8. I thought it has already been determined to be a 12 week injury and he will miss the start of the season.
  9. I think his asking price will be something that Giant's wont match.
  10. I highly doubt it and would say it will never happen. This coming season I don't think the Giants are expecting a Superbowl run, obviously they are playing for it but there are way to many unknowns on this team. Eli and everyone will get a show me year this year to see who they want to build on as this era of the Giants comes to an end and the owners and JR prepare for the new era in the new few seasons.
  11. TC stays until the Giant's kick him out the door or he dies on the sideline, the guy loves football and I think everything I read has made it clear that he will keep coaching the Giants until the higher ups say otherwise. Eli is signed on till 2016, he plays till then. I wouldn't be surprised to see him retire a Giant or if the team is playing well get another contract. That or he decided to ride off into the sunset as a Raider and get a few four win seasons to add to the end of his career.
  12. I think his contract might be used as an example for future big contracts across the NFL, I wouldnt be surprised if teams start pushing for them and agents are going to start regretting this deal. The fact that he is only going to get 13 million of the 126 million and it's all based on his level of play is genius. I hope more teams out there start doing this.
  13. From my understanding of the contract they are still getting him for peanuts compared to guys like both Mannings, Brees. I imagine Alex Smith is going to have more of a cap impact then Kap will. Good contract by the 49ers. Wish Eli would of signed one like this.
  14. I highly doubt any owner in the league would want a player to step up and say the team has a substance abuse problem. I'm willing to bet owners would even pay more for a player to keep it further under the rug.
  15. Maybe the Giant's honestly thought he could replace Painter and at the end of the day he was worse then him.
  16. Schiano seen what everyone else has seen in the NFL, Freeman isnt a starting QB. He was let go in Minny after one game and the Giants let him go before training camp even started. He's a backup at best and I don't see why people are defending a middle of the road QB.
  17. To be fair Glennen has proven to be the better QB in 13 games then Freeman has in six seasons.
  18. Far from it, Freeman was benched in the third week of the season and the team was sick of his attitude and behavior. No one voted him as a team captain that year and Schiano hated him as a QB from day one and gladly gave the reigns over to Glennon. They tried to trade him all throughout the year and when they couldn't they simply got rid of him.
  19. Could he ride the Pup/Non football injury list?
  20. He was either really really bad or like Pdub said just a camp arm.
  21. Usually it's just a drafted player though who we get who has had college success. We brought in two guys this year Holiday and Demps who have proven both to be starting return guys in the NFL plus WIlson is a threat in the return game. Now OBJ, this kid and wasnt that corner drafted in the sixth a return guy as well? Just seem to be the Giants are really going all out on special teams this offseason.
  22. Seems like a key point this year in FA was get guys who can return the ball.
  23. I think they are just rotating in who they have at LT to see what they got. OTAs arnt the place where the depth chart gets written in stone, it's just a place for everyone to get back into the swing of football. I'm sure we'll see everyone get a crack at the starting LT job when training camp comes around and I wouldnt be surprised to see a different LT every pre season game. I'm willing to give Brewer a chance at his natural position to show he should be on the team, he's done nothing but shift around the positions in the OL and from everything I've read he should only be playing tackle.
  24. I feel like he's been underrated since he's gotten here. I mean he's honestly been the rock of the secondary since he was signed and has played every single position and played it well.
  25. Yeah I read on twitter that Wilson is taking snaps, but he's not cleared for contact yet, they figure soon though.
