  1. Oh the third and long playbook? Yeah I'm bored and playing with Paint. Should be doing lab reports.
  2. So apparently this has been leaked by some anonymous person inside the Giant's locker room. Coughlin really needs to get a hold of this team.
  3. I think it's just time for you to move on to greener pastures, other than football.
  4. Yeah I'm going to agree with Nas. It's not like people were calling him the next Barry Sanders, he's a rookie who needs to learn the game. I'm sure the coaching staff would love nothing more than to keep doing what they were with him when Jennings was healthy, unfortunately he's been thrown into the starting spot.
  5. He's probably one of the best defensive minded coaches in the league and simply put his players don't quit on him. He'll end up getting a HC job somewhere since the Jets have already made him the scapegoat, and he'll end up making some team a winner. Any chance the Giant's can just say "Hey instead of moving half way across country, just move across the river" Would love to see what he can do with our defense.
  6. Wasnt it doctors orders the he doesnt play in the NFL anymore?
  7. I'd like to know where everyone gets this idea from. Williams, Pugh, Richburg, Odell are all starting, heck the entire 07 draft class was starting at some point.
  8. HA, I loved hearing that during the game, at the end of the day it's just a game. Back when I played college ball, I would tear some grass out the turf the throw it on the lineman's helmet before the snap, if I could just get them for one play trying to over commit just to try to block me out of a play I knew I won because they would leave a lane wide open.
  9. Because a year ago he wasnt the player he was a few years ago and the Giant's have had a pretty good sense when a player is done after injuries.
  10. At this moment I would rather have Moore and Ayers starting over JPP and Kiwi.
  11. Seven games into the season and people are already starting with the "Fire Gilly" chants.
  12. Who'd a thought an OC would stick to a game plan and not change it despite it not working. Maybe it wasnt just Gilly. This is starting to shake my knowledge of the NFL.
  13. Because at the end of the day 3/4's of the players would be working jobs at McDonalds or homeless with the level of education they have received riding on just playing football since highschool. Not to mention I read an article that a lot of pressure was coming from the players who would end up bankrupt/homeless because they would rather own a diamond studded wrist watch, four houses, and three cars than save a paycheck from time to time. If the owners didn't have the NFL they would still be multi-millionaires, just slightly less.
  14. Lawrence Taylor, Ray Lewis, Warren Sapp, Micheal Strahan, Tom Brady, Brandon Jacobs, Steve Smith Sr (fuck he's having a great year in Baltimore, and the list can go on and on with trash talkers, who have won the big game or had a good/great career.
  15. You know I said the Giant's would beat the Eagles and lose to Dallas. Maybe I just had the teams reversed.
  16. Atleast it was an early-ish season injury (guess the only positive you can say about it) He'll have this season and all off season to rest and rehab plus he's still young. He's already went under the knife from what I understand and if he rehabs right there's no reason he cant return to decent form. He might not be an 1 or 2 WR after it, but I would imagine he could still be an effective slot. Although the article I read basically said he'll never be the same player, but you never know.
  17. It's weird that PFF doesnt factor missed games/non starts into player grades. And he was ranked the worst center in football during his starting years in 2010, 2011 Like I said, goes to show the PFF grades don't tell the whole story.
  18. Settle down Jackyboy Herc, PFF still had him graded as the worst center in football in FA.
  19. In contrast Walton was rated as the worst center in football all of last year. He's probably the only consistent player on the line for the Giants.
  20. I'm not worried so much about the ran as the pass. The Giant's are bottom five in the league when it comes to defending the pass. DRC and Mooky do their job, but we cant cover the slot, TE or RBs.
  21. I think the base case scenario is the Giants split Dallas and the Eagles this year. I can see the Giant's beating the Eagles but for some reason I cant see them beating the Cowboys, their running game is going off and Romo seems to have been pulling games out of his ass this year.
  22. Or he might know how to coach his team, shocker I know, but maybe just maybe, he knows when a rookie should be playing. Although I doubt this is the case.
  23. They probably would of won a SB if they had any starting caliber QB instead of The Butt Fumbler.
  24. "The Giant's are too old school" Wish I could find that clip of Coughlin holding one of those sideline tablets against the Redskins.
