McKinney after the Raiders loss said to the media that there was "no communication between the team captains/players and the coaches" as to why we are so bad.

Good buh bye... mix, repeat rebuild and be a perennial power in two to three years.  It is painful but very necessary.  Giants owners hate biting the bullet.  We have been in limbo since 2012... two playoff appearances don't make up for the ineptitude.  It is all based on not taking the hard one and arising like a phoenix.
