  1. I get the feeling KP is a better athlete and should benefit from a better line in front of him than Dawkins did.
  2. If 5 hours ain't enough to get your swerve on, then I would suggest you IV it! 5 Hours of pregame is still all kinds of time to eat, take a nap, throw a ball, around and partake in enough adult beverages to have you stumbling into the game. I don't know about there, but here in L.A. they have these thing called pocket shots. 50 ml. of liquor of your choice in a vinyl sleeve with a tear top. http://www.pocketshot.net/home/ Easy to bring in, unless you are getting the BCS treatment. (Body Cavity Search for those who haven't had the pleasure)
  3. I think Moss makes the team, but it is do or die this year as WR will have more of a role in the O this year. He will need to catch at least 40 and play ST.
  4. I agree with the total of seven receivers being Burress, Toomer, Steve Smith, Londn, Moss, Tyree, and Manningham. London has proved his worth both as a WR and as a ST. Tyree could be placed on IR for now and can be brought back at a later date, which could also free up another spot.
  5. Disappointing year! Can't wait till next season though!
  6. A team is the sum of all parts! 13 pro-bowlers, many of which are individuals that may not buy into that team!
  7. I agree with it, but I like the disrespect. It's fuel for the fire!
  8. My thought exactly! Kiwi is the big X Factor on Defense this year! He adds to depth at 3 positions. Bringing a pass rush from SLB, DE, or DT. The coaches seem more excited this year because of the extra flexibility they have this year.
  9. Links are here! http://www.fftoolbox.com/team_page.cfm?nfl_team=NYG
  10. Well Phillips is signed just in time for camp! 5 years, a little over $11
  11. It's all good, we just got a S and CB. I think we are ready, considering we have the best pass rush in the NFL.
  12. This Christian Varner kid looks like a sleeper, ran a 4.4 at his pro day and he can lay the lumber.
  13. Here's how I see the first three rounds going 1.) Kenny Phillips, S, Miami 2.) Dre Moore, DT, Maryland 3.) Dexter Jackson, WR, App. St.
  14. I am on the fence on this one. I would like to see Shockey become part of this team throughout the year. He strikes me as someone who did step up to become a better blocker, but expects more than he should as part of the offense as a receiver. The question is, does he want to win or does he want to just have the best numbers at his position. Either way, showing to the OTA's would help acheive both and where is he? Enough said!!
  15. No problem on the fecal clarification, there are many who still support the two former L.A. NFL clubs and the only way the NFL would do well would be to have a true L.A. team not some else's cast off. Again, we talk of nativity on the greed thing, far from it, it is the reality without getting into politics and government infrastructure here in California. There are powers vested to cities like Houston that are not in L.A. (i.e. Annexation), creating decaying tax bases which prohibit the funding of such projects. The picture is much bigger than just fan support, they had it, but that wanted tax payers to give what they couldn't and Houston couldn't of been a better example of what this is really about, corporate welfare.
  16. Trust me, sports fans are not lacking out here and there was enough support for both teams that were here, but the Frontieri and Davis wanted more money and they city to pay for their stadiums. L.A. as a city is experiencing a renaissance very similar to what happened in N.Y. when Guliani came into office. Guarantee what you want, but it sounds like you are just taking out your ass, aka talking shit. Hate on your own time!
  17. Trade him, but I think his fair value should be a second and fourth rounder for N.O. or they can take a hike.
  18. For clarification, I just came over here a couple weeks ago. I would take Phillips if he were available. I get the feeling the Giants will use their 2nd pick on a DT.
  19. Agreed, with an empahsis on the greed! This guy needs to bury his individual ego or he could get traded on draft day! Trade him and our first to move up and get Rivers and someone's second round pick, then Kiwi and Tuck can play DE. Osi is not in a position of any power right now and he may try to wait til after the draft to pull this shit. If he does, he can go F*&K himself!
  20. Sounds like a plan and the Gmen get top billing in my book for the last twenty years.
  21. Arsenal Born and bred! Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Can't wait to start the draft conversations
