I could see some aspects of the comparison but: 1. Moss had plenty of NFL talent to where his production should have been much better. 2. DHB has the size that Moss does not, he's got about 7" on Moss. 3. DHB was the focus of every defense week in and week out in college, Moss was not.

I think he is the epitome of boom/bust. If he stays healthy, I think he would be what they thought Moss would be. Harvin already runs better routes than Moss and appears a more natural pass catcher. He would spread the field and he has the added value of special teams.
