Was he even good?  Goddamn, that’s a insane contract combo paid for him.

Not a lot of good or even decent Oline in the NFL now a days.

PFF did an article about it the average Oline starter in the NFL doesn't even crack a higher than 55 grade.

I think it's just the difference in football styles in college the last 10 years.

They are so pass happy and one read quick throw that Oline are taught to just hold a block for a one count then let their guy go.

They aren't coached to drive thru run blocks or to keep your guy in front of you on pass plays anymore.

It's all about hoping the Dline over pursues your QB so he can scramble or just hold the block long enough for your QB to throw his first read.

Good to know. I guess the new batch of college QB are now more versatile.  They can pass, run, run and pass.  Maybe QBs like Brady a dying bread.

How the hell is he and Ereck Flowers still in the league, lol.

Granted, Flowers abilities might best be suited where Miami has him at G, where he can just maul people in the run game, and where you minimize his responsibilities with fast rushers off the edge in the pass game, and it looks like he's doing okay there.
