  1. Nas, Randy Moss would be a huge mistake with the Giants. He went to the Radiers and they sucked for the 2 years he's been there. A player with his ability should make the team better and carry them a little, Moss took the route and sulked and played poorly. Talented or not, why would you want him? Green Bay have been making noise about him, but even if he went there it would only be because of Favre. If Favre finally has his last cry (faker!!) and retires next year, Moss won't want to be there.
  2. I think we could afford to trade down and get Timmons at LB later on. As for Jarrett, by the way he's going, he could be a second rounder.
  3. So why the fuck are you even here? Got news for you. It's pointless to respond to Wiz. But you do it don't ya? Bad Egg is not a troll, we was on the GMB board a lot back in the day.
  4. This is about all you can expect from any GM before the draft. Save you're questions till after the draft, the answers will be a lot more interesting.
  5. Let's review the Dallas Offseason: Parcells retired Wade Phillips hired. Are you fucking kidding me??? What quality did Wade have?. He didn't need special lubricants to take it up the ass from Jerry Jones.........please man!.. Also, thank you very much for signing Leonard Davis as that should guarentee that Osi - Strahan will have 6-7 sack games at least twice this season. It's going to be a laugh watching Roy Williams horse collar tackle Jacobs, and watch Jacobs drag his ass into the endzone. Fact is your team has done fuck all to get better, and this year your QB who was getting found out at the end of last year, will be found out this year. Have fun!
  6. Dude, you're rambling now. Tiki, didn't talk shit about the Team, he merely stated his feelings about Coughlin. Last I heard Coughlin was a part of the New York Giants Team, hell whether we like it or not, he's an integral part of the team. And his criticism of Coughlin is based on his coaching of the team, not when Tom goes golfing or his what he does at home with his family. You're trying to draw a line in the sand here, you can't!. When Tiki criticizes Coughlin, he is in turn criticizing the organization. The media making this kid a household name is disgusting, but just because this is happening does not mean that Tiki couldn't have said "not now" when he was asked the question. He could have taken the high road if he wanted to and he didn't. One has nothing to do with the other. Again, what has criticism of Tiki's post Giant career got anything to do with his play as a Giant. Let me shock you here a little bit, I loved how LT played during his Giant career, and I supported him as a Giant, but off the field, most of us with an open mind would realize that he was a prick off the field, and in fact he loved the fact he was a prick. Does thinking like that make me less of a Giant fan??? As Seinfeld said and it's very true , in the end you're cheering for a uniform, your cheering for laundry.
  7. What is your criteria for being a Giant fan?. Don't talk shit about ex players, even after they talk shit about their ex team. What about the fact even though Tiki may have been asked this question (which i noted earlier), however, and especially in light of the fact that Tiki was on his way to cover the VT tragedy, that Tiki could have, and probably should have just said "no comment". But of course "Tiki the TV man" blurted out the same rhetoric, he's been spewing since he left the game, and what will probably end up as a chapter in this book he's supposed to be doing. Tiki was a great running back, and often showed a lot of class on the field, showed no class here, he could have taken the high road, he continuously refuses to do so. He continues to beat the dog (Coughlin) while he's down. Why?. What's the point? Blue, it is possible to praise a person one minute and bash them the next without being a hypocrite. Giving credit where credit is due, regardless of what you think of the person as a whole.
  8. I think what's worse here is that while Tiki is supposed to be going to cover a tragedy, some reporter has the perfect timing in asking his opinion about Coughlin!. And what's worse is Tiki lacks any professionalism to at least say "now's not the time".
  9. You think this is bad, wait till next week when Tom tells the media he's fed up being crucified by the media, like Jesus!
  10. The league has such a hard on for eliminating fun. Spiking the ball is fucking harmless. Usually after a team has scored on you the defense could give a shit how you celebrate, they are already dejected. The down by contact replay is a good call though.
  11. Like Fish says, perhaps he takes a second physical, hey we told Plax we didn't want him either. He's absolutely worth a look.
  12. I'd get rid of Lorenzen in a heartbeat, unless he was willing to come to camp in shape and lose about 50 pounds and look like a proper fucking qb and not a novelty. Hasselbach's experience as a third QB would be no harm to have him giving Eli advice. I don't get the Wright move to be honest, he doesn't do anything really good.
  13. The guy is running his 40's in about 4.9, so he's slower than a tight end, so if nothing else he'd be a possession receiver. With his size he could be worth a try, have him catch passes up the middle.
  14. I got no problem with it, no matter what he would do in training camp he'll simply be a no 4 receiver.
  15. My seven year old spotted me the J and the E.
  16. Be careful, somebody's gonna want his number again and if Jeff needs to be spelled in camp then perhaps he needs someone to pay for it. And before Blu jumps up with the humor. Jeff needs to be spelled...............J E F F.
  17. I wish we played all our games at 1pm on a Sunday. Fuck these late games.
  18. I love Eisen's "boost" comment. Give me a fucking break. Oh and by the way, has anybody read the positive e-mail he recieved about Eli...................back in December.
  19. That new punter was signed, "to spell Feagles in training camp". I love Jeff and I know he's old but WTF???
  20. A great defense!. Yes, we know they were better, but please compare both offense and you'll see that overall 2006 has more talent, not to mention the fact that Eli was more highly touted than Simms. Simms was booed when he was drafted, Eli was cheered. Simms was tougher, when the going got tough, he dug down. When the stakes were higher, he raised his game. Eli hasn't done that yet.
  21. Although Eisen's columns are usually fluff, I'd be pulling for this guy to succeed.
