You can improve your arm strength, but don't expect a huge increase. Well not for a pro athlete..one that throwing is what he does. If a regular guy started long tossing for a few months, he'd probably gain 15mph to his throw...but for a guy who already long tosses and does other drills to build arm strength, he is probably not going to gain more than 5 mph if he increases his workouts ...but that can make a difference

there is no such thing as a small market team....small markets don't get professional sports teams. Now I know you're talking about relevance to other NFL teams...and yes ny is a much larger market than Jacksonville...but Jacksonville is hillbilly central...aka football central .Friday, Saturday, Sunday is all football in places like Jacksonville. They should go over the cap...spend on all the best players...have a payroll of 400 million and annihilate every team and win the super bowl every year.
