If they really wanted Whitner, couldn't they have traded down for him? Interesting though, Winston Justice and Jimmy Williams, both players with character concerns, we haven't heard much of yet. In fact, depending upon how foolish the Giants' picks are, (Dwarf Rice, for example, in the first round), they may very well finish last in their Division, and total five wins for the season.
