Yes it is the Pro Bowl is in Miami a week before the superbowl which is ridiculous considering most teams that have pro bowlers usually are playing in the super bowl, nobody is gonna play a meaningless game the week before the championship. But it goes back to Hawaii in 2011

Pierce will be cut during summer camp.....and likely do prison time with his Bud Burress

Justin Tuck will be SB MVP

Eli will pass for more than 4000 yds

Ware will become our #2 RB and break 1000 yds running and 500 Yds receiving

We will bring in kickers for tryouts before game #6

2.Will Beatty will start at one of the tackle spots,LT most likely moving Diehl to the inside giving us two guards (Snee and Diehl) and O'hara in the pro bowl

3.Michael Boley will be a bust (sorry to be honest)however Clint Sintim will be great

4.Ross and Webster will be in the pro bowl along with Tuck,Osi,Canty and Phillips defensively

5.What else the Giants beat the Patriots again in a super bowl 42 rematch

No way....wont happen. Not this yr.

I agree on Boley...I stil dont udnerstand the signing, maybe Reese something we don't, but there is nothing there that indicates he will be anything more than average.

Boley is a very speedy LB who's pretty good in pass coverage. I think he'll do just fine. Im hoping that these young speedy LB's (Boley and Sintim) make AP not such a liabilty in that aspect.

maybe you are right...maybe they wanted to upgrade speed and quickness who knows....they def. through a bunch of money at him, so hopefully he earns it and doesn't turn into a barret green.

Hmm, I thought Barrett Green played well when he was healthy. Yes, those three weeks where he was healthy.

I think Boley is more a system guy, he just sort of fits what the D wants to do. Hopefully. Because he's not a star in the least.

boley did put up probowl type numbers one year in atlanta, so hes capable of being a probowler.

but most importantly he perfectly fit the need we needed, a fast linebacker to cover tight ends and rb's and can rush the passer.

I was about to say didn't green only play like 4 games or something in two years?

Well we are going to find out what kind of guy Boley is.

 • 1 year later...

Here's my five:

1. Eli will have his best statistical season this year, posting MVP-type numbers. We're going to hear about Plaxico Burress and his zero Pro Bowl appearances all season long, rest assured, but Eli won't miss a beat with the young guys we've got. In fact, we're going to hear about how in college, Eli had the ability to "make everyone around him better," and we're going to see that on the field. No Shockey, no Tiki, no Plax... this is Eli's team now.

2. Kenny Phillips will have a Pro Bowl type season. If you go back and watch tape from last year, Phillips has great sideline-to-sideline skills, hits like a mother, and always seemed to be in the right position to make plays. Hell, even the pass that Torry Holt caught over him was more luck than anything, as Phillips was in perfect position. He'll be a force in the defensive backfield.

3. By week eight, fans will be disappointed with Chris Canty. Why the Giants paid so much for this guy, I'll never know (he's making more than Justin Tuck... and they're not even in the same ballpark when it comes to skills). Yeah, he's tall with a huge wingspan, but c'mon... five sacks last year playing next to Demarcus Ware? I've been paying a lot of attention to Canty the past month or so on NFL Replay, and he hasn't impressed. On a similar note, Rocky Bernard will totally OUTPLAY his contract and come up huge for us this year... he'll double Canty's sack totals.

4. Kevin Gilbride's dog shit playcalling will lose us at least two games we should win. Sixty MPH winds against the league's worst run D? Time to AIR IT OUT, BABY! That being said, we'll still have a top-ten offense.

5. Sinorice Moss will have 2200 receiving yards and 23 TDs this season, en route to a Pro Bowl season. The Giants will erect a statue outside the new Giants Stadium in his honor, and he will become the first player to be inducted into Canton while still playing football. Treehugger, however, will still find a reason to not pay me my dollar.

I'd say I got #'s one and three right. Four is debatable... I'm not sure Gilbride cost us any games (the defense made sure he didn't have to), but we DID finish in the top ten in total offense. And even though Bernard was a bust he did double Canty's sack total... with ONE to Canty's half-sack.

I'm giving myself a solid C+, B-.

It looks like I was one year early on the Sinorice Moss prediction. :TU:

2. by the end of the season they will be manningham and nicks

3. beckum wont put up big numbers but we WILL be very impressed by him

4. osi will have more sacks and a better season than tuck

5. johnson will look about the same as he did last year, making us realize he is as good as hes going to get.
