  1. How quickly we forget and ignore a man's contributions to this team? For a while this team WAS Tiki and Tiki only. Yes, he might have been critical of the organisation once he left, but he was not wrong in his comments. We might not have liked it but we cant dispute it as being baseless and incorrect. He had an element of truth to what he said. Yes, Coughlin might have cured his fumbling problems etc, but ultimately this 'over-control' within the organisation was something that was always existant. Maybe now its becoming suffocating. Tiki is not at all wrong in what he is saying here. He is spot-on. Coughlin is in trouble and this team needs to right ship ASAP starting this Sunday. I dont care if we lose, but dont lose with 153 penalties, 243 turnovers and 343 personal fouls!!
  2. Its Chicago thats overrated. 3-0 yes, but its a very undeserving 3-0. Its been a lot of luck and very little skillful play. They have made multiple mistakes but its just that coincidentally the opposition made more and the Bears were able to sneak out wins. Similar to the way we shot ourselves in the ass with a sawed-off shotgun last week. If we can contain the Bears passing game - make Knox/Aromashodu non-factors and then I think Cutler will struggle and will force the ball. But Im more worried about Matt Forte and containing him. I forsee a lot of passes to the RB out-of the back field and we will be caught shitfaced and give up huge gains to them. That being said, I think the Bears pass defense is pretty ordinary and their Dline isnt anything to write home about - and Eli will have a good day in marching the offense up and down the field - lets hope cunts dont fumble in the red-zone and there are brainfart left-handed throws (although I feel that was a risk worth taking - too bad it didnt pan out)
  3. I only saw one thing and I cant say that I disliked it - Coughlin is on the hot seat and him and Gilbride need to be thrown onto the pavement at the end of the season regardless of how the season progresses from now on. Gilbride for sure! - Im willing to give geriatric Coughlin a pass. Whatever happened to the great Coughlin reputation of having the best prepared teams out there? We were on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. Coughlin is losing this team.
  4. Ok so he makes $103 million. Big fucking deal. If he was making 50 mill and he had not gotten us a Superbowl you would have been ecstatic I suppose? So, because he makes 103 mill is not worth it, so we will get rid of him, get in that cuntbag Cutler who didnt give a shit about his INTs and threw his teammates under the bus when he felt like it, and has been a measly bum....or better yet get Rivers who though acts as if he has got fire, cries a lot more than even Eli. Your problem is you think leadership and fire means being animated and going batshit insane on your teammates in full public view on the field incase they fuck up. That isnt so. Him ripping McKenzie and Diehl a new one on the field doesnt make them suddenly be able to stop Freeny and Mathis. This will be addresses behind closed doors. Until then be patient and show some support. So what if he makes 103 mill man - the Giants gave him a contract they felt was worth it and I trust their judgement a lot more than your rambling after 1 loss that was not on Eli. When he throws bone-headed INTs for us to lose a game we should have won Ill listen to what you have to say. Fucking rats leaving a ship first when its scuttled...
  5. If you look at the Experts Picks rankings on NFL.com, 2-3 asswipes have placed the Giants at 16, 19 etc. Bengals, Bears above the Giants. Personally - its still to rank teams after 1 game. Secondly, its even sillier to get riled over rankings. Those ranking sheets should be left on the roll in the restroom instead of being brought out and published online.
  6. WTF are you guys smoking? Colston is far better than the WRs we have. He IS a game breaker. We might have a better WR group, but Colston is far superior. Not taking anything away from the guys we have, but none of these guys have the play-making ability that a Plax had, or a Marshall might have had. But atleast they dont have the mental baggage which is a great thing. They can be great - but not yet. They need to gel into greatness along with Eli. But a group Id love to watch for years to come.
  7. The defense contains Wells and Williams and Rolle has atleast 1 INT, offense sputters but Nicks and Smith have a TD each and Bradshaw has another. We win.
  8. Whats the news on Shawn Andrews? Has been been effective? Is he making plays? Was he worth it?
  9. Its not just the rings or the playoff wins etc man. Going by that Marino would be behind Trent Dilfer. McNabb has been an elite QB for a while now and has put up some awesome stats. Maybe in a few years Eli could be put ahead of McNabb, but currently as it stands McNabb has accomplished more. But seriously - Rivers, Romo, Palmer ahead of Eli - unacceptable. Id even mention Rodgers - Id like to see him win a few games in the 4th Qtr with his team behind running the no huddle. Ill vouch for him them. Not now.
  10. Eli does not belong behind Rivers, Romo or Palmer. Im sorry, I dont even have to be a Giants Homer for that. The rest I dont have a problem with - except for maybe Rodgers - who has a plethora of weapons to his credit. But not those 3
  11. Long time dude. Whatsup? How you been? My vote goes to Chase Blackburn. Or Sinorice Moss
  12. Somebody please tie our conditioning staff to a chairs and beat them across the face with a lead pipe and a rubber dildos!
  13. Exactly. I didnt even know Flofuck was with Steelers until the pre-season game!
  14. I really like the upside potential this kid has. Just take a look at some of the other well known NFL QBs first NFL starts against the #1s and #2s. He was pretty good. He has that instinct of trying to wiggle away and make something of a play instead of hitting the dirt. He should a fearless attitude under pressure. And he wasnt shying away from taking a hit. This guy has got excellent upside. If he is our #2 this year....then he will be solid trade bait a couple of years down the line. Although its ironic that I DONT want to see him play at all
  15. I think its a stupid idea to make Ross return punts. Ross is too valuable at the CB position that he plays. They have a bunch of guys who can return punts who even if they do get injured, it wont affect the team that badly. But if Ross goes down, our defense is set back considerably. We have experienced this with Sehorn. I agree that injuries can happen anytime, and you cant really predict it blah blah....but putting Ross in there to return punts is literally asking for it.
  16. Ok.....there have been rave reviews about Hagan being a blow-out and one of the biggest surprises of training camp. About him catching as many passes as all the others in the chart above him and also making the biggest plays. How much are we buying into this? Does this alter the order? Or do we discard it as him probably playing against our 3rd defensive unit?
  17. Im guessing Prison would have changed Plax and he wont be walking around like rules dont matter to him. If given a chance, he will not be the diva. And plus, he is still our best redzone threat. With that bitch Gilbride gone, we will need him to drastically improve our RZ chances. Regaring Barden, he is the tallest guy we have around. But any other news coming about him from camp? Is he ready to step in and be a threat? How fast is the schmuck?
  18. Id have him back in a heartbeat. There are players who have committed worse crimes and have gotten off for much less. This dude was just stupid and has done his time. He will still be our best home run hitter. Infact, I really want the Giants to push hard to get him back.
  19. I think the Giants have gotten Bulluck purely as an un-official on-the-field LB coach. He maybe has a couple years left in which, using his leadership skills and vast experience, he can coach the bunch we have this year and the one we will be picking in the top 2 rounds of next year and then retire. A very good insurance policy at the price at which we got him. Good signing IMO
  20. Dude....just shut up
  21. Neither. Im 12000 miles away on the other side of the globe - India Bleeding Blue nonetheless
  22. Uh oh.....ominous signs looming....
  23. I dont think anyone with even the IQ of an ashtray was considering signing him
  24. I doubt he will even get 15-16. 12-13 is reasonable figure. Somehow I cant figure anyone earning more than Peyton Manning - be in any position. Sets a bad precedence for the others.
