  1. Not sure if you've watched Fox News, Newsmax, OAN, or been on social media, but conservatives are having a meltdown over Kelce and Taylor Swift since Sunday.
  2. I also think the phantom holding call on #65 on the screen to Rice that went for a TD, but was called back, was bullshit. That wasn't a hold.
  3. It's also Karma that Sneed was the guy who Flowers shoved, then a few players later, Sneed was the guy who forced the Flowers' fumble at the goal line on what should have been a TD. The penalty was ultimately inconsequential. Flowers still blew it to end the drive.
  4. Yep, and only 6 of those runs were to RBs. They panicked and abandoned the run way too quickly.
  5. Exactly. They think the NFL conspired to have Zay Flowers lose his mind and shove Sneed (while he was on his back), and then fumble the ball into the end zone a couple players later, Lol Then on the next drive they conspired to have Lamar Jackson throw to a guy who was triple covered in the end zone. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
  6. I don't buy the whole refs thing. They called two holding calls on KC that drove them out of FG range at one point. The Ravens committed some stupid penalties and shot themselves in the foot. Zay Flowers for instance shoving a guy at the 7 yardline was just stupid.
  7. Also, we're finally not the only ones to choke against the 49ers after being up three scores in the post season.
  8. The two dropped passes by Reynolds were also devastating. Different ballgame if he catches those two. He Toney'd it on those two.
  9. That's incredible. I'm so glad to hear all these stories, I wasn't the only one giddy as these games were going down.
  10. 100%. To me, the Cowboys getting crushed was more satisfying of the two games. The Eagles have been struggling for weeks, had injuries (including AJ Brown who we deliciously injured), and we heading to an away game which, even though it's the Bucs, is usually tougher. We kinda could have seen this coming for the Eagles. The Cowboys getting crushed at home takes the cake. Seeing Jerry Jones visibly furious, plus Boys fans in the stands in general just completely surprised by what was happening was fantastic. A blowout of such proportions I did not expect. These asshat Cowboy fans were riding into this game as if it was a given, already looking ahead to their next game vs the 49ers, as if this year was going to be the year and be different. It wasn't a shock to me that the Cowboys lost; the game was really 50/50 or maybe 60/40 going in, but to get blown out and embarrassed the way they did was priceless.
  11. Charlie forgot to do is pre game rituals before the game Monday, this time.
  12. Heck the NFC east has six conference titles since the Aikman era, none of them being the Cowboys lol. (3 Giants, 3 Eagles).
  13. On Williams and Maye, I say again, I'm really not seeing it with them. Williams has great improv skills as a QB, but what I see is a guy who wants to quickly break the pocket, rather than stand in it, as soon as he sees his first read is covered, and he then goes into improv mode all too frequently. That works in college, and while you need to that in the NFL, you moreso need to be able to stand in the pocket and get through progressions. This is contrast to a guy like CJ Stroud who's the opposite; even in instances where he could break the pocket, he stands in, works through progressions, and makes his throws. Maye is a little better at staying in the pocket, but I see hesitancy, slowness in his reads, and late throws. All traits that will be exploited in the NFL. I haven't watched enough of Jayden Daniels, but Bo Nix again seems like the most complete QB to me at this point. Penix is a guy that may fall to the last 1st early 2nd and make the naysayers eat their words, if he stays healthy.
  14. As long as the discussion is "spend no more than $xM" on a RB, and prioritize OL. The OL definitely takes priority. I fear Ol inflation this offseason. OL are going to be highly coveted and we'll likely have to overpay for what we need. The guy I wanted Conner Williams, who's a stud, blew out his knee last month, and is only making the market that much tighter at OL.
  15. Foreman we could probably get on a cheapo 1 year $1.5M deal or something. With Singletary and Gus Edwards, possibly 2 years $6-7M max. Maybe even Zack Moss at 2 years $8M could be a good fit. I also wouldn't be surprised to see guys like Ekeler and Derrick Henry max out at like maybe $6-7M per year (e.g. 2 years $12M, 3 years $18-20M). If you're not Christian McCaffrey, I just don't see you getting paid north of $10M per year. Maybe Barkley or DeAndre Swift get 3 years $30M somewhere, but I can't see more than that.
  16. It's the interior OL damnit
  17. Derrick Henry, Austin Ekeler, Tony Pollard, Josh Jacobs, D'Andre Swift, Gus Edwards, Devin Singletary, AJ Dillon are all free agents, to name a few. The RB market is going to be flooded this offseason, which is going to drive RB salaries for free agents down. Definitely not way in hell Barkley gets 3 years $40M.
  18. I would easily sign up for Barkley at 3 years $20M. That would be a bargain. As long as his cap hit doesn't exceed $5-6M or so in 2024, and as long as we address the OL too, I'd be fine with bringing him back. I am not on board with him getting 3 years $40M though.
  19. Yeah you don't pay a RB going into year 7, coming off an injury, who's been injury prone, and who averaged only 3.9 yards per carry, didn't finish in the top 10 of rushing, etc...you don't pay that guy 3 years $40M, especially when you have pressing needs at OL without enough cap room for everything, and can't run the ball consistently. Especially in a robust FA RB market, that's going to drive down salaries for RBs. Maybe someone gives Barkley 3 years $30M or 2 years $20M, but that team has to be someone like the Ravens. I'd be willing to do something like a 3 year $30M, if it's seriously backloaded via a signing bonus and doesn't break the cap for 2024, and only has like a $5-6M cap hit in 2024, with an 'out' in the third year, plus provided we bring in two starting capable guards at least.
  20. True. His game may not translate to the rigors of the NFL.
  21. 3 years $40M for Barkley ain't happening... especially not with a free agent RB market that has a lot of options....and we definitely shouldn't pay that, when we have higher priorities first, such as the OL, and precious little cap space to address our needs. I'd be just as happy with a guy like Gus Edwards or Devin Singletary, on a 2 year $6-7M or so deal, while bringing in two starting capable in free agency, plus we need CB, S, WR, and someone opposite Thibs. Go with a Gus Edwards or Devin Singletary, plus mid round draft pick, plus Eric Gray at RB.
  22. Also, even though he only threw it 18 times, and they're primarily a run first time, JJ McCarthy looks like a decent pro prospect. Maybe 2nd round or top pick in 2025.
