  1. You think we're bad....did anyone see #60 and #66 just standing there with their hands on their hips while Campbell was sacked?
  2. Nice...P.I. Finally. Did anyone notice the ball knock out the pylon?
  3. Is Gumbell gay? Anyone else notice how he looks at Collinsworth "adoringly"?
  4. Don't worry...there's a whole 2nd half waiting for us to play soft.
  5. An Arab in a bar full of Irishmen? I'm sure there's a bad joke in there somewhere.
  6. Hey, Nas....the game is on channel 4 in NY.
  7. I blame myself, for the continual use of the word "D O O M E D".
  8. Out for the rest of the season. Just reported on NFL Network's "Point After".
  9. Gmen - 31 Saints - 17 There's 2 games left in the season, and I'll root them on to win no matter what. I've witnessed this season crumble right before my very eyes, 2 more games ain't that long to put my bitching on hold for. GO GMEN!!!
  10. Did anyone vote in the fan approval poll?
  11. That was actually pretty funny. I needed a good laugh after today.
  12. You bring up very good points, and I have been one to back the team thru thick and thin for many, many.....many years. Our schedule and the injuries combined certainly made it a challenging season, however, great teams have the ability to overcome and dominate, something this Giants team certainly has the talent to do. It is very disappointing to witness what has happened to this season. Anyone who has been a Giants fan for any amount of time knows the heartache it takes to support this team. This year just has a different "feel" to it. I still say I'd be much happier with us getting "value" players instead of finally caving in and getting "the big name". As we see, that philosophy has certainly done us wonders. The Giants may be hapless at times, but there was a time when one never heard a peep out of the locker room, and I believe all the media attention this year had an adverse effect on this team. Not that the media is at fault for our poor play, but it certainly didn't help mentally. Philly's DC may be good, but if not for the players making mistakes, he wouldn't come off as amazing.
  13. Ordinarily, I'd agree with you. I hate it when we don't "show up", and find some consolation in a loss when we play hard. Unfortunatley, that consolation only works early in the season, not week 15. With 2 games to go, I think it's safe to say, we suck.
  14. I agree, but I don't know about a Kidney. I'd gladly lose my liver though...it's a goner anyway.
  15. He needs a decent "phone a friend" lifeline.
  16. N.Y. Giants vs. Carolina Panthers Sunday 12/10/06, 1:00pm ET on FOX CBS Sportsline GameCenter: Giants vs. Panthers (LINK w/ Video Preview) GO GMEN!!!! Building the NY Giants Forum
  17. This team was fine prior to injuries. I would leave everything as is with the following exceptions: 1) Hire a decent strength and conditioning coach/trainer. With the exception of true on-the-field injuries (broken bones, concussions, etc.), how the hell is it that we have someone out for a toe injury? There are too many hamstring, quad, pec, etc. injuries that are keeping our starters off the field. (Note as of pregame yesterday, Dallas had no injuries to report in the prior 7 days....you have to wonder why). 2) New OC/DC, no need to explain why. 3) Rebuild the damn secondary. (Why the hell do we always play 5-10 yards off a reciever?). 4) Forget the "big name" free agency signings and go after quality backups for key positions. This organization is not owned by Daniel Snyder. This team was on a high midway through the season, and has simply imploded on the back half. We have a good group of core players (realizing Tiki will be gone next year), and with proper coaching and training should be a true playoff contender, much as we looked like midway through this season.
  18. The really, really sad thing about this guy is...... some dumb bimbo will say "yes", and he will reproduce.
