  2. I love when he says "I'm glad ESPN is listening to FAN". I'm not really sure what the big deal is about him popping off on that reporter. It's not like anything he said wasn't true. Or is it the way he said it is what's got everyone up in arms? I mean, he's an athlete, not a politician. Oh, and consider this thread pinned....nice finds, JGF.
  3. Leave it to Boohyah to get the scoop on what's really going down. All hail Boohyah and the Monarchy Party. :worshippy:
  4. You lie like a dog...you'll be shoving hot rocks up your ass just because you like it.

Believe me, if I had the answer to what is wrong with Eli, I'd have the entire membership sending me $100 dollar bills in the mail. The pro game is alot different than college as we all know, and what has happened in between...who knows. Coaching sucks, maybe? Eli has been with Coughlin from day one, maybe Coughlin didn't fine Eli for wearing brown socks with a black suit, and Eli feels left longing for Coughlin's attention. Possibly, maybe, Eli just plain old sucks at professional ball. The worst part is a decent coach, (even with Eli struggling), would scheme so that Eli at least didn't lose us the game.

I wasn't implying you as in "you", I meant "people" would have been creaming thier jocks. All in all it sucks, but my point was that in this particular game, where they weren't struggling to come from behind and had a substantial lead, they players blew it. The same players that replaced starters achieved a 21 point lead also BLEW that lead.

That was last week's excuse. This week they had the game in the palm of thier hand, injuries or no injuries. They flat out gave up midway through the 3rd qtr. People will blame coaching and injuries til they are blue in the face, but this week, this loss, I am not buying it. The way Plax pulled up on that INT was nothing short of disgusting. That move is on Plax, and Plax alone...not the coaches and not injuries. Kiwi's flag football-esque attempt at a tackle wasn't any better, but at least he tried to explain his actions. Does the coaching suck? Yup. Are we injured? Yup. But those on the field racked up a 21-0 lead and T H E Y blew it. Believe me, had they won, it would be "we are great even with 2nd stringers in", and everyone would be creaming thier jocks. You can't praise them (had they won), but blame coaching and injuries because they lost.
  8. It's not anyone's fault, including Sopcast. It's whoever is streaming the video. Shit happens. I had the player crash on me at least 15-20 times during the game, I just started it back up. Sure, it's a pain in the ass, but ya know what....it's better than no game at all. I'd be pissed if I paid for it, and considering someone, somewhere in the NY area took the time to even bother uploading a stream, I'm happy with it.
  9. Just saw it on NFL Network. Coughlin: "I'm going to be sick about this forever".
  10. Kerry Collins was looking kind of bored on the bench...maybe we can get him back.
  11. That's almost as funny as us clinching the NFC South:
  12. Here's the updated list of games for those who use Sopcast: List of Games/Channels. I believe that even though there is a clickable link to the game, it won't play on the channels listed. Browse the channel list and find "NYMETRO", that is Fox in NYC, and has always worked for me come gametime. As always....... GO GMEN!!!
  13. Keep posting like that, and you'll be demoted from "King" to "Cheerleader".
  14. Unfortunately, users are at the mercy of whoever is streaming the broadcast. I believe Sopcast is the main server, but they count on the quality/reliability of the members streaming the video into their servers. It's annoying, but I'd rather put up with that, than not see the game at all.
  15. VS. Monday 11/20/06 8:15 pm (ET), ESPN NFL.com Gamecenter : Preview GO GMEN!!!
  16. Damn, Blu, you hit a nerve...well, not exactly a nerve, but a long lost memory. My Grandmother (God rest her soul) was NOTORIUS for lifting stuff from (place a name here) cafeteria/restaurant. She lived in New Rochelle, and she loved to go out to lunch with "the girls from work" once a week after she retired. Needless to say, an influx of dinner rolls, sugar packs, and anything else she could fit in her handbag showed up at the dinner table that night. Her favorite thing though, was to go into the city (Manhattan, for those not familiar), on special ocassions to a joint called "Patricia Murphy's", and lift their "Popovers". Those damn things were the best f'ing things on the face of the planet...even after a trip on the Metro in a handbag back to New Rochelle.
  17. I heard he takes his mom out to dinner with him, and he makes mom slip the soup crackers, pats of butter, and the ocassional linen napkin/utensils in her mock Gucci handbag (purchased at Sears).
  18. That's because they don't use your username to login, but that series of numbers that comes with the validation email. So instead of logging in as "so cal dub", use "12345678" or whatever your member number is, and your password, of course. Once you are logged in, it then displays your username....God only knows what that is.
  19. Heh heh heh...now you have to post this every week, or you'll be castrated. I vow here and now, I will swap the Bears helmet in my AV for the week's upcoming opponent for the rest of the season. And I'll put the Colt's in there for the Superbowl.
  20. Damn, I can't believe I'm about to defend the morons, but here goes: The dude said "Nice, I think everyone but Strahan and Arrington need to get their asses in gear and play through pain." Indicating everyone except Strah and Arington were pussing out. Jeez, I feel so dirty.
