BIGBLUE01
Marshall plays in the Conference USA and in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) before that... The MAC and C-USA are both Division I conferences. It is a div one school, my bad. It was Terrell Owens I should have mentioned. He went to a small school. Point being, the school you come from doesnt determine how you'll turn out as a pro.

ppodlesny
Bosworth went to Oklahoma. I was agreeing with you meaning, that it doesnt matter the school you went to....Bos went to a big name school and he sucked...I really loved it when Bo Jackson ran him over though. rphguy
Randy Moss came out of Marshall...Hardly 'no name' school. and Jerry Rice came out of Mississippi Valley. Hardly a "no name" school to anyone living in south central Leflore County near Itta Bena.
BleedinBlue
And those who passionately follow football in California know that Cal-Poly (Barden's alma mater) is hardly a "no name" school. Check out their record and opponents. It is not a fluff schedule typical of no-name schools DATE OPPONENT W/L SCORE ------------ ------------------------ --- ----- ------ Aug 30, 2008 at San Diego State W 29-27 Sep 06, 2008 #5 MONTANA L 28-30 Sep 20, 2008 at Northwestern State W 52-18 Oct 04, 2008 SOUTH DAKOTA W 49-22 Oct 18, 2008 at #21 South Dakota State W 42-28 Oct 25, 2008 SOUTHERN UTAH W 69-41 Nov 01, 2008 IDAHO STATE W 49-10 Nov 08, 2008 NO. For those who doubt that Barden can play with the big boys because he didn't go to Ohio St., or Miami, or or Notre Dame are going to be in for a big surprise and will eat their words.
