  1. Every coach we have needs to be fired this offseason. This is a pathetic dispaly of Giants footbal.
  2. I agree on the amount of touches, he needs at least 10, plus that only helps Tiki. it spells him plus it's such a change of pace. What I want to see is lots of 2 back sets.
  3. Yeah and i'm facing Taylor in my money league. :brooding:
  4. Thank you Nem. just because the guy was a Cowboy doesn't mean he isn't a good announcer. Matter of fact he usually has good things to say about the Giants.
  5. I like Troy, i think he's one of the best announcers there is.
  6. Most of Maryland is red this week. 3 straight games at home for me, this year may work out well, I will have DTV next year though.
  7. I really don't blame the players. i blame Lewis, and I'm not usually a guy that blames coaches. I just cannot figure out how we can run so much soft zone with a D that is designed around getting pressure on the QB. LaVar is a blitzing LB like LT, we should blitz him 75-80 % of the time. Lavar has always had difficulties covering or playing zone, we knew that when we signed him. Since we signed him, we should utilize his strengths and blitz that MoFo.
  8. Dragons Head on Ahhhhnald's body from terminator.
  9. Me and a guy at work said the exact same thing in our work pick em league.
  10. Congrats Yankee fans. Good season. That said. GO TWINS!!!!! (note: I would root for the A's, but I can't bare the thought of Nick Swisher getting a ring)

  12. I hope you punched him in the eye for costing me a win in FF this week. :brooding:
  13. It isn't so much the players as the coaches. How do you run zone ceverage with a D designed around the blitz? As for the oline. They gotta get better, 4 down lineman embarassed us.
  14. Well, Eli could have gotten rid of the ball on a couple of them. Still, the line was garbage yesterday in every facet of the game, they deserved to be called out. I would have liked it to have been Eli doing the calling out though.
  15. I was happy to see him get on Luke. Yeah Eli caused a couple of the sacks, but they gave up 8 sacks, countless QB hits and pressures and they shut down Tiki. The line was trash yesterday.
  16. Why? They played like shit most of the game and gave Eli no time at all, thank God they managed to get it together in the 4th and OT, but that game should never have been like that. If anything, the OLine needs to take Eli to dinner.
  17. Yeah i'd like to see Jennings in on KR.
  18. I agree with everything except maybe Morton, he wasn't great but I thought he was on the verge of breaking one a few times.
  19. We played nasty and won. Glad to get the W but we need to make a statement next week.
  20. What's you're thoughts and expectations? I think Philly is a better team than Seattle. Alexander doesn't seem to be the same back this year, I really think we can stop him. We have got to get a pass rush on Hasslebeck, our pass ruch was disgusting and I hope TC has even Tim Lewis running laps today. Also, we gotta give Eli more time, I'm nopt so worried about Tiki, the Eagls came out to stop him and make Eli beat them, they just got excellent pass rush with 4 lineman. 1: Tiki needs 25 rushes and Jacobs nees 10-15. 2: The Oline has to do better, they were abused yesterday and Seattle does a good job at getting to the QB. Give Eli time and he'll be fine. 3: Shockey needs to get involved, loved seeing Amani and Plax coming up big, but Shockey needs to get the ball if nothing else to get him fired up and get the energy going in the offense. 4: Dline needs to blitz and the lineman need to get to the QB, if we're not gonna blitz LaVar anyway he needs to be on the strong side where his speed can at least be used to cover the TE, Emmons is trash. 5: DBacks have got to catch the INT's, and we need to get away from the soft zone bullshit. Philly was dinking and dunking at will and we simply gave them the middle of the field.
  21. He's out for the year. Got this from the Eagles board. Defensive end Jevon Kearse suffered a season-ending left knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Giants. The injury included sprains of multiple ligaments, including the medial collateral ligament, the lateral collateral ligament and the posterior cruciate ligament. Treatment options for his knee will be determined in the near future. The aftermath of Sunday's stunning overtime loss came Monday when head coach Andy Reid released an injury report which included Kearse, starting guard Shawn Andrews, The news is a severe blow to a defensive line that has enjoyed great success with its pass rush. Kearse was credited with 2 1/2 sacks Sunday.
  22. Yeah but even when Strahan was on 1 on 1 he couldn't get passed him, it wasn't the blocking, strahan wasn't swimming or ripping or doing anything a DE does to shake the blocker.
