  1. Yeah thats the really bad part. As soon as his wife steps off the plane she'll be pulled aside and told her husband is dead. Ofcourse i guess thats better than finding out he's dead on espn. Such a shame.
  2. Probly, and most likely another flop ala irabu.
  3. I mean, i know the ranking mean nothing, but come the hell on, how do they justify that. Now if the Titans had beaten the Colts, obviously you wouldn't rank Tennessee ahead of Indy, but when you take the Giants who are now 2-2 and just beat the 2-3 redskins, how the hell do you still rank the skins ahead of them/
  4. Power rankings How can a 2-3 team be ranked ahead of the team that just beat them?
  5. e also hasn't exactly been tearing it up this year either. I'm with nem, this working out in miami stuff is starting to look like it's affecting the chemistry on the field. When he did it a couple years ago i was all for it, i thought it was his way to re focus and re channel. had no idea it would become an every year event. i'm not doubting his work ethic, i'm sure he busts ass, but it definately looks like the timing between his and eli is suffering.

  7. Yeah, it seems for the last 2 or 3 years i have been worried about the tackles but they turn out to be respectable.
  8. Shockey's ankle has been bad all year. Shinacoe was playing well in relief and we had a decent lead and moving the ball well all day. i think TC just didn't want him injuring it further.
  9. We're not getting the pressure. We get pressure and our DB's won't have to stay on the WR's for 5 seconds. Just sayin it's something we could mix into the defensive scheme.
  10. Ya run the ball, play a little defense, get after the quarterback, convert 3rd downs, and ya win ball games. This is getting closer to the team we expected to see. We still have some work to do, they still looked like they wanted to go to the air but thought better of it. We gotta get tiki a little more involved in the passing game. What do ya'll think of running a 4-4 and blitzing Lavar all the time?
  11. No shit, we have got to run the ball, we cannot keep playing catchup in gamesm and continue to shelf the running game in the 1st fucking quarter. Topday, we establish ourselves.. We run, we blitz, and we annouince to the world we are a better team than we have seen the last couple weeks.
  12. Favorite Giants - The uniform of the early 90's is what actually started me as a Giants fan Packers Texans Chargers Saints Worst Ravens Seahawks - i dunno why, i just don't like them Thats pretty much it, there's more i like.

  14. Depends, you don't wnat show boats at positions like RB or QB, but when your talkin WR's, they gotta have some flair. It's the nature of the position, they have to be arrogant and cocky, in the history of the NFL, most great WR's have been show offs. not all, and the further back you go the less there are, but in todays NFL, the WR needs cockiness.
  15. Thats going a little too far. Mickey Mantle is the greatest Yankee ever, followed by The babe 9that might just be my bias cause I love the babe). but again, mickey is the greatest Yankee ever, and a strong consideration for greatest player ever, in comp[etition with Ted Williams, Willie mays and michael Young. Jeter is a great player though, and someone any fan would love to have on their team for his leadership and big game presence.
  16. Teah, I'll be rooting for Dallas, but i expect Philly to win.
  17. Well, dallas doesn't worry me as much. they could be 3-0 and I'd still pick them this week. Dallas is gonna faulter late in the season. Drew Bledsoe will start to get beat up, and I fully expect Romo to be starting later in the season.
  18. We need dallas to win, simple as that. We don't want Philly getting a big lead.
  19. Holy shit. Is this really happening? 2 old members coming back? Is this the appocalyps?
  20. I was doing a good job forgetting about baseball. Thanks.
  21. Pumped about that awesome win against the Titans huh?
