Giants and Saints. Saints get 5 Giants get 16 and 19,, 3rd rd, 2023 2nd, and 4th, 2024 1st. The new administration is going to get a BUNCH of rope and get every opportunity to fail. 2022 is a throwaway season, 2023 is the beginning of the rebuild. Giants brass isn't expecting results until 2024/25. If they need a QB next year, they'll be bad enough they will be top 10 in the draft anyway and will be able to make a move up if needed.

I think we're definitely trading the number 5 pick. There are a lot of teams surrounding our picks that all of a sudden need a QB, and the Saints are out there with two first round picks now this year. I predict Saints make a move to number 5. I know there are a lot of interesting players out there, edge rushers, dbacks. But the glaring weakness has been offensive line for years. We have got to make a considerable investment into the offensive line this year at the top of the draft. Trade number 5 to the Saints for their 2 picks (plus whatever else). Take the best RT available at 7, and then take at least one interior olineman at 16 or 19.

We just need to leave this draft with two future starting offensive lineman.

Yeah you have to think with the raw talent he will eventually figure it out. God it seems like that can be said aboiut half this team though.

Yeah there is an extremely small number of people I would consider not cuttable. McKinney, Thomas, Toney, …drawing a black. Tired and high on codeine.

Agree a replacement Can be found in the draft. But he was the defecto starter and he often out performed Barkley. And I feel like the last Barkley cheerleader left sometimes. lol

I was as pissed at him as anyone and honestly neither him or his brother are likable. But to me he’s undoubtably the best offensive player the giants have had. Or maybe a better way to say it is the last five years of his career is the best stretch and giants player has had.

Is there just no special teams coaches out there or something? Like impossible to upgrade the position?
