  1. 1. TC is gone without new OC/DC. The fact that he needs new OC/DC means he is gone. New HC, new OC, new DC, and most importantly new QB Coach. 2. Plax stays. He is a legit #2 receiver and can be a #1 when he has a fire lit under his ass. Besides which we need all the receiving talent we can get. 3. Agreed on this one. Hopefully Anthony Mix has picked up enough on the practice squad to step it up as a WR. He has the size, now he needs to show the talent. I am hesitant to go to the draft though for a WR. 4. Eli does not suck. When the offense is given play calling that works, he shines. When Hufnagel returns to his retarded "Duuuuuuuhhhh da run dusn't work duuuuuuh" playcalling is when he looks bad. Put him in a balanced playcalling scenario with an OC who has more than one brain cell and he is fine. A lot of the criticism towards Eli is misdirected criticism from dumbkopfs who don't know anything about football. Duuuuuuh the QB has bad stats that must be his fault....that kind of mentality. 5. Nate Clements. He is our #1 FA market target this off-season. If he isn't something is seriously wrong with this new GM staff.

There is no such thing as a stud DT in the draft. Pretty much every single DT you think is stud blows in the NFL. DT is the worst, the WORST position to transition from college to the NFL. You are used to undersized Olinemen, it is easier to get through them, you aren't used to the intensity in an NFL Oline vs Dline situation, and it takes time to adjust. If you want a stud DT you go to FA, NOT the draft.
  3. No problem, I am just glad I wasn't the only person who saw that play and was excited. And the whole "Oh I hope Eli doesn't throw it 5 feet over his head" joke is growing way old. He made a lot of great throws yesterday, and I only saw one or two go over a receivers head.
  4. I had no idea who it was till he took off and I knew immediately it had to be Moss...that and he was a little guy.
  5. I was so excited I started my own topic about it Hopefully when he gets more practice time in we can get him on the field on a regular basis as a slot receiver. He could prove dangerous down the stretch to our opponents who aren't ready for him.
  6. Given your little description there I assume you are familiar with the Battle of San Bernardino Straights?

    My take

    You just agreed to yourself?
  8. Archie was consistently on bad teams. Peyton is a constant winner, some playoff losses that aren't even 100% on his shoulders are not enough to take away his regular season success, and Eli is in his THIRD YEAR.
  9. You are Mr. negative. Eli played great. You ignorantly call the Mannings losers. You are already predicting a loss next week. And this team clearly has talent.
  10. It is time for Moss to get more looks. That screen he got was a good glimps at what he can do. He caught that ball and BAM off he went with speed I havn't seen from a Giants player in ages. His acceleration is top-notch and without it he never would have made that play. He squirted between the blocks and got the first. Hopefully as he spends more time on the practice field and picking up time with Eli the coaches will feel more comfortable getting him more involved.

    My take

I agree it shouldn't have been a late hit, but it was questionably a helmet to helmet.
  12. I found this wonderful gem in the Post on that timeout made in the 2 minute drive: http://www.nypost.com/seven/12042006/sport...artz.htm?page=2 Another bonehead move by Plax.
  13. 94 yards taken away from the Giants because of penalties. That is unacceptable. Especially the personal fouls. Plax is a fucking moron, how many personal fouls does he have this season already? At least Eli was finding some time to give his receivers a chance to get open. I must have seen 3 times he was sacked going down any other game but he rolled out of a grasp, sneaked through a crack in the pocket, or just got out of there before going down and made a great throw on the run.
  14. I'll make a deal with you, I'll take off my rose colored glasses if you take of your gray ones?
  15. Yeah even though the team is .500 and still in the hunt, lets throw in the towel, good idea! Even better one, lets bench Tiki! What a great way for him to end his career riding the bench. Last I heard Strahan is still out, and until he comes back Kiwi is starting. Once Strah is back, he is taking over. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Why do we want the Hefty Lefty in when Eli is our QB? Definetaly need coaching changes, but you are only saying something everyone else has been preaching since week 3. Overall another BJ post that played out as one would expect.
  16. I think we all were after that game.
  17. Yeah they are nothing, except they stopped it dumbass.
  18. No move Diehl over to RT, McKenzie to LT, and Seubert to LG. Or some combination that gets Grandpa off the field. Obviously Whimper isn't a candidate. I'm not a dumbass.
  19. Countless times this game I saw Giants defenders have a hand on a Cowboy and they got away. Now correct me if I am wrong, but you can grab someone by the jersey right? Players would have hand literally on Romo and he would get away. Grab that freakin jersey and yank him down! TO had a catch and Madison had a hand on him, he squirts out and gets a first down. Never would have happened if Madison grabbed his jersey and at the very least slowed him down.
  20. I'm pretty sure he ran straight up, got the ball, the middle was shut down so he tried to bump it to the outside. I could be wrong though. Either way it was a horrible call to even go for it in the first place. I'll say it again. The game was won by THREE points.... As far as trusting your kicker that is as BS argument.
  21. 9-94 according to NFL.com
  22. That was the infamous BOP he was talking about last year. Yeah, great move dumbass, headbutt someone after the play is over. Time for grandpa to take a seat.
  23. So they didn't go over 100 because they had let Dallas get within distance to the goal that the yardage was cut short, wonderful.
  24. Um, not that I recall. He went straight forward with it, it was closed, he tried to go outside and Ware was waiting for him. If it was an off-tackle I really don't think Jacobs would have went right towards Ware, but then again it wasn't an off-tackle.
  25. Agreed. Funny how all those wide open receivers were almost always by him finding a huge hole? I don't know what it is but he is always in the wrong spot at the worst moment. INT or not he has been horrible. Maybe if he spent less time worrying about modelling and more time in the film room and the weight room....
