  1. And Smith doesn't drop the easy ones!
  2. There was that one play (same year) in which he demolished the Colts' DB who called him out earlier in the week. Shockey was awesome in his rookie season, and never reached that level again.
  3. Am I supposed to remember specific dates? That's ridiculous. I know what I saw and what was replayed when I watched the games, and I remember it happening at least twice.
  4. I hope so. I got a certificate awhile back, but don't recall there being a location. Did you get your replica brick?!
  5. I doubt the self-righteous evangelicals are the only bigots around. Of course it's a mixed bag, that's human nature. There is no perfect world, but at least here we can all get on with our lives in relative peace, despite all our differences.
  6. I'd still like to have him. I just love this team the way it is, and would hate to see anyone go. Of course, that's not realistic, so we have to enjoy these times while we can. I also threw out the word dynasty 2 days ago. God, I hope that's what we are witnessing.
  7. To me, that's not odd, and I will refer to my 1st post. Saying this is the most diverse, accepting, and tolerant country is not BS. I will bet my ass that we'd be less likely to ever hear of a Yemeni boxer named Michael Smith.
  8. Well, it is an infamous name, isn't it? And come on, that's politics. We heard alot about the cost of a wardrobe, too. What's ironic is people throwing these things out there looking for a specific response just to get the chance to call them out for being narrow minded. I could be wrong. Go Giants?
  9. I'd like to see us somehow keep Ward, too. Is he a free agent to be? Make sure the lines are taken care of, and keep drafting versatile D-lineman!!
  10. So have I... Like I said, I can think of 2 times off the top of my head where there was a turnover and instead of Shockey turning into a defender, he was walking off the field or just standing around.
  11. Personally, I'm shocked and appalled that the most diverse, accepting, tolerant country on Earth would let a guy named Usama in their National Football League. What have we become?!
  12. Hmm.. you may be right, since I think they just started calling that last year. It wasn't the 1st time he spiked it after a non touchdown though. And I can think of 2 occasions off the top of my head in which Shockey had a chance to recover a fumble or make a tackle after a fumble but gave up on the play. Good riddance.
  13. I really hope IT happens. You know I'm talking about...
  14. After watching Droppey make a catch, drag a defender a few yards, then sprint to the line of scrimmage with a sense of urgency, I couldn't help but think of how many times he cost the Giants a delay of game penalty by spiking the ball after a play like that. :brooding:
  15. Something tells me that when the Cowboys climb to 8-4, after 2 games they should win coming up, they'll be all puffy in the chest again.
  16. Well they said he could've returned to the Raven game if needed, and MRI showed no damage, so that's good. Not a bad problem, having this monster offensive line and stable of running backs.
  17. No way. He's on a roll, the team is on a roll. He sets the tone early in the game. If he can go, I say let him go. Let's get that #1 seed.
  18. It's not McNabb's fault they never surrounded him with real talent other than Westbrook and T.O. The guy has carried them for years.
  19. I think I'm thinking the same thing.
  20. McNabb likes to joke around sometimes, but he seems serious about this. It's hard to believe that he didn't know. He's either really dumb, or has one hell of a poker face.
  21. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_...?urn=nfl,122568
  22. How many years in a row has Martinez been 19 years old? I feel like we've been hearing about this guy and his talent for a decade.
