Time management is 100% on the head coach. He should be TELLING the Coordinator and QB what to do. He doesn't, and they are left to their own (stupid) devices. Great coach, thanks for the awesome memories...time for him to spend time with the grandkids.

I think anyone with more passing yards than Dan Fouts is better than somewhat above average. I know it's another shit season, but don't be too hard on Eli. He and Coughlin are the last 2 Ernie hires.... Reese took a playoff ready team and after 9 seasons they now blow.

No running game. No defense. = No playoffs. Great job Reese....this team looks nothing like it did in 2007, except for the 2 guys you didn't hire. And he'll be able to add "managed to get one of the best coaches in the NFL fired" to his resume.

The buck stops with the coaching staff. This team is not talented enough to continually gamble against the odds. And yes, I saw that....just like I saw Eli throw the ball away on 3rd and long instead of taking a sack so the clock would continue to run. And don't ask me why they didn't try to do something prior to OT to manage a last second long FG. This defense sucks, and that's mainly on Reese, and the training staff. But the offensive decisions with a lead go straight to the head coach, and since the first game, it's been clear they have absolutely no fucking interest in playing anything safe, or using the clock to their advantage.

Defense can't hold a lead....so you make the lead 13, you don't gamble and leave them a 10 point lead and a charged up Jets team. Coughlin doesn't have a roster to match his swagger.

I do. Because the Giants: A) Suck B) Should have learned their lesson after they gambled and got burned 4x already this season. This team is 5-7 because of a weak roster and some very questionable late game decisions. The former is on Reese, the latter on Coughlin.

Eli just passed Dan Fouts in passing. I think there are other weaknesses on this roster. Biggest problems: Our GM has missed far more often than hit. Our coach doesn't realize this mediocre roster can't handle him acting like John Fucking Vegas when the game is on the line. A little more Marty Schottenheimer, and less Buddy Ryan with the fucking gameplan, thanks.

Looks at some of the guys Reese has drafted in the 2nd/3rd rounds, and imagine instead if Reese had drafted an SEC running back. e.g., Hosley and Reuben Randle were 2nd round picks who are borderline NFL players in my opinion.

My educated guess is that the probability of winning a game when you are up 13 with XXX amount of time on the clock is substantially higher than winning when up by 10. But Coughlin likes to live dangerously with a mediocre roster.....hence the 5-7 record.

I shit you not, when they decided to go for it on 4th and Goal.... not only did I know they wouldn't make it, but I knew they would eventually lose the game. Has Coughlin seen his defense?....this is a defense that needs every fucking offensive point that is there for the taking. Instead, he turned this into a another loss. Cowher would have kicked the field goal. I've lost track of how many games the Giants have now lost because of questionable 4th quarter decisions....this is at least the 3rd loss, probably 4th or even 5th depending on how tight you call them.

This strength and conditioning crew needs to be tossed out on their asses, too. Seriously hope that Coughlin retires, and the rest, from Reese on down, should hit the fucking bricks.

They spent the entire first half on a pass play to beckham that was not there. Receivers not only dropping passes but the vintage "volleyball interception" play...twice. This game was a fucking miscarriage from the opening drive, and they didn't pull their heads out of their asses until the game was out of hand. This is a bad team, assembled by a GM that has been riding Ernies coat tails since 2007....coached by a guy that should retire after the season is over so he doesn't damage his career any further.

Thank God for Butt Fumble.....this dude is single handedly compensating for the Giant's refusal to work the clock. And got to love Chip Kelly - don't ask me what the fuck this guy has accomplished at a Pro level to justify GM/Coach authority.... but as a Giants fan, I love it. Chip makes Reese looks like a genius. Don't get me wrong....the Eagles will likely kick the Giants ass in the season finale, because that's the way the universe seems to work. The Giants offensive line seems to turn to butter when they see green. But I'm watching Sanchez and he seems committed to losing this Lions game.
