  1. They're just fucking toying with the giants now. This is pathetic.
  2. Lorenzo Carter facemask on the botched extra point? Lol new ways to fuck something up every week.
  3. You are witnessing the impact that having a solid offensive line (SF) can have for an offense.
  4. Nick Mullens is Joe Montana. This defense can't get off the field.
  5. We make San Fran third string qbs look like Joe Montana
  6. Lol the turf is obviously fucked up at MetLife
  7. Elijah Penny was a RB in college. Would be nice to see what he can do, but since he's an interior guy, he stands no chance with our offensive line.
  8. Lots of OL are strong and sometimes move well. That Hernandez pulled well on that one play does not excuse putrid performance the other 90% of the time. Not trying to be a dick; I just don't see the results overall in Hernandez. He's not the only OL problem to be fair.
  9. I don't expect to see much different from Hernandez. He hasn't shown anything this season or last.
  10. 54 yards rushing from running backs and 4 sacks against the Bears on Sunday is promising?
  11. Oh on that one Barkley play that went for 18 yards? How about the other 13 runs for 33 yards? How about the one out of four sacks he allowed?
  12. Will Hernandez too has been atrocious this season as well. Why don't they move Nick Gates back to RT where he was good last year?
  13. The primary reason is because we have an incomplete, patchwork offensive line.
  14. On the 20mm, actually those are the current cap figures for Bulaga and Glasgow that I cited above. Even aside from that, let's say it is 20mm, even at 20mm, the giants should have been able to make it happen. We didn't need Pulley, Fleming, Meyo, and I think Williams. The money was easily there if the giants wanted to prioritize it for OL vets is my point. "Also keep in mind maybe no one wants to play for the Giants," Very possible.
  15. We should have signed veterans in Graham Glasgow at C and Bryan Bulaga at RT. Glasgow currently has a ~$6mm cap hit, Bryan Bulaga ~$4.8mm. For some reason, we couldn't make these contract happen, but we could sign Leonard Williams to $16mm, Fleming to $3.4mm, Pulley at $2.7mm, etc.
  16. Yeah I don't get it. Are Penny or Smith not good pass blockers? Surely they can handle LBs or chipping DEs
  17. Booyah brings up the key point. Barkley is deadly in the passing game. Why is he pass blocking anyway? Especially considering he's the type of player you want to get the ball in space, as he's best there and he is not a grinder/tough interior runner.
  18. Why not resign Javon Leake? The season is going no where, so we might as well see if he's anything.
  19. I'm also ready to part ways with Sheperd as well. He's a nice receiver but he can't stay on the field.
  20. So you figure in 2022, that likely reaches the 10-12mm range. Not bad. I'd take that contract for 1 year.
  21. What's the 5th year option? If it's like 1 yr $12m or less, I'd be somewhat open to it.
  22. He's likely not going to be 100% next year. Likely won't return to pre injury form at all in general. Do we move on? I.e let him play out his 4 year rookie contract, don't pick up the 5th year option, and let him go free agent. Or trade would be ideal, next year if possible. Either way, point is I think we need to plan for a future without him.
