This is a very informative post about the Giants. I feel this is one of the best posts ever made in this section in recent years. This is a very cool thread my brother from another mother, please continue to make more.

Unless Nicks ends up tearing a leg off in a freak knitting accident then I dont see the Giants drafting another WR in the first round. To many other needs, WR is one of the deepest positions the Giants have. Another solid run blocking guard to team with Snee or maybe finally a first round LB who will actually strike some fear in the opponent. Not to mention RB is a serious concern as well that might be worth a first round pick, you know since we arnt relying on a broken down Bradshaw, or a banged up war horse in Jacobs.

The Giants wont trade up for a WR. Besides you know how much it costs to get inside the top 15 from pick 32?

For the life of me I thought Jones got hurt last game. Maybe I'm just so used to having Giants hurt this season I thought he was.

Pretty much, with Boley out we dont really have any sort of impact LB on the field. With Jones hurt we are going to have to call on the depth chart and see who if anyone can step up. After watching and reading about this Herzlick kid I'm really pulling for him, he hasnt really done anything outside of the odd tackle on special teams but maybe his true calling is MLB.

Once again I'm not saying any of it was right. I'm just saying if he grew up around dog fighting which he most likely did, it would just be common place for him to invest that money he was making in the NFL into something that was making him and the family working for him more money. Obviously even after being drafted into the NFL and getting the millions from the Falcons he continued to "hang with dem home boyzzz" from his past. Obviously what he did was wrong, I'm just surprised mostly with the fact that Vick is getting more attention then the cause of the dog fighting. Alot of people hate Vick solely for the fact of what he did, not the fact that dog fighting is a major problem in America or that how can I say it urban youths are brought up to believe that these types of things are right to do. Like I said not defending him in any way, he's served his time and what ever happens to him happens to him.

Isnt Dog fighting just a really common "way of life" so to speak in those more southern areas? Last I read it is still a major illegal gambling ring all across those rural and urban areas of America. Doesnt make it right but is Vick grew up around dog fighting to him it would just be another way of making money. I mean he did finance a huge operation and wasnt some of his close family involved? More then likely as he was growing up it was something that one of his family members did for money. Once again not making it right but at the same time to him it was probably just the same as a kid growing up around drug dealers thinking that is his only way to make money.
