Treehugger
GIANTS TO BLITZ MORE, SAYS COORDINATOR Posted Oct. 23 at 12:29 AM After watching his defense give up 493 yards to the New Orleans Saints, New York GIants defensive coordinator Bill Sheridan said Thursday he thinks the Giants would have fared better if they'd applied more QB pressure. From this point forward, Sheridan said, his defense will "absolutely" start to blitz more, beginning with Sunday night's game against Arizona. Source: New Jersey Star-Ledger. Yep, the average fan was yelling at the TV 3 minutes into the first quarter and Bill takes a week to figure that one out.
Sephiroth
Yep. I was saying during the game, "if you can't beat 'em... hurt 'em." I'm one more lousy pass-rushing game away from declaring the Giants D-line "overrated."

I've been saying sice the preseason, that this defense does not generate enough pressure...Especially up the middle. I hope you guys learn your lesson and never doubt my football analysis... How the fuck did we get beat that badly on that piece of shit Wildcat crap?? Glad that Fitz dropped that one. Giants = overrated. We are definitely a better team than what we saw today and we were the better team today. But I guess we have a lot of work to do if we want to call ourselves Elite.
