  1. I did not wear my Property of the NY Football Giants sweatshirt during the weekend like I always do.
  2. I would love to get our defense back and healthy and go into their third rate city and bust their asses like we did in 90'. Did anyone see Urlacher crowing over a downed Giants WR. Lets see that over rated cocksucker do that with Jacobs. If he does he needs about 5 or 6 of his fellow over-rated's to do the job.
  3. I would take coach Motivator over coach Cheerleader any day.
  4. Is there anything less than zero confidence. Whenever I see that guy go on the field, I try to calculate the odds of a successful 4th down pass, run, drop kick (lol), anything but that butt munches skewed kicks. Just think how different it would have been if he had made just one of those freaking kicks.
  5. Thank God I was not listening to the game till just after the 3rd quarter started. I would have picked up my TV and/or radio and thrown both out the fucking window. If everyone in the viewing public knows that the draw is coming why don't the Giants coaching staff. I mean my God they were playing a soft defense, rushing three linemen....come on....they were not taking any chances with Grossman by letting him heave it at that point and be down 16-20 to 3 at that point. So which two plays out of 500 will you most likely see....uh a draw up the middle if you have a shaky quarterback...and maybe a nifty screenplay if you are not facing Ed "To Tall" Jones and/or Jim Jeffcoat (re: Phil Simms and a couple of interception returns off of screens by these guys). God give me strength. Please let us make the playoffs with the bulk of our crew back....and please....please let it be against opponents that our coaches can gameplan against...here's hoping.
  6. Where is Raul Allegre (Giants 86-87 season) and Matt Bahr (90-91 season) when you need them? I would take either of these AARP candidates over Jay Feehly any day. You have, must, cannot miss a 33 yard field goal in a game like this. Benedict Arnold (excuse Bill Parcells) would have chewed up Raul and/or Matt if they choked like this. My God can't these guys be ringed up so they can give this creep some pointers on how to kick in Giants Stadium. The punter actually has it down to a science on how to kick in our stadium...but this guy, sheesh. The butt tightens up the minute I see him go onto the field knowing that it is probably 50/50 that he will blow it.
  7. You could hear the crowd roar through the radio feed that I listen to on WFAN. I did not watch the game....was involved in other things...would have loved to hear Madden diss that a-hole Cheerleader that calls himself coach.
  8. The Bears are a flawed team and can be owned. They were playing against second and third stringers and they still could have lost. The Bears are good at pursuing but straight up the gut running plays are not something they stand up against very well. The Giants played Santa Claus today. Good Luck to the Bears, I do not think they will have such generous opponents in the future ....especially the playoffs.
  9. The magic formula of the 80-90's Giants....plenty of seam passes to the TE; plenty of cram it down your throat till you swall RB/FB running game...and a couple of quick out and ups for TD's or long games. Giants stadium with its high crown is built for those types of games. Why is it since Benedict Arnold left because of his "ahem health (e.g. money/power issues) has this been lost on Giants coaching staffs? Fassell had a better idea on how to use Shockey, whereas the Cheerleader wants to turn him into Hands of Stone Howard Cross. Let's not even talk about the one trick pony defense...I truly honestly believe that I and about at least 500 members of this board can call a better defense than that hopeless/helpless Lewis.
  10. Hey don't you watch Giants practice sessions.... the WR's are issued step ladders and nets... .
  11. He blows ass....and his coaches teach him to play even softer than he is normally inclined to. Why be 5 yards off of your man when you can be 8-10 yards behind him. And the one time when he takes a shot at the ball is the the one time you want him to play it safe and let the guy catch it and make the tackle 5 yards short of the 1st down. I think it is a combo of the coaching, the soft ass prevent defense and soft ass DB's especially Webster.
  12. Most coaches would kill to have a TE who could catch and produce after the catch like this kid. Okay he has the occasional easy drop...but the DB's can't guard him and the LB's can't keep up. And if he is triple teamed with a cover 2 then that means that someone is open somewhere on the field. Keep feeding Tiki and Shockey the ball until they stop it. Don't stop yourself with cuteness and/or playing against your weaknesses.
  13. Yeah that is what I am talking about. Even though I do not worship at Parcells' altar...I think he is a traitor and prostitute. But if he had weapons like Shockey, Tiki, Jacobs and Burress....you would be seeing nothing but seam passes down the middle for 10-20 yards to the TE; screen passes to the RB & FB combo; and a occasional out and up to the WR. But what does the husband/husband team of Coughlin/Huffnagel do....they only let their star RB touch it 18 times; one or two passes to the TE; and the one pass that would have gotten an easy touchdown....the WR needs a step ladder and a net to catch it. Well its over...maybe they can bounce back and beat the Jags. Please get some of these guys healthy. :worshippy:
  14. I think "The Duke" old Wellington Mara would have done a Jerry Jones on that field goal decision and broken one of his cardinal rules and question a coaches decision. This guy Feely is not the second coming of Matt Bryant. Any pressure kick and you can forget about it. I mean when your anus puckers when you see someone try to make a reachable field goal between 25-33 yards. Also Bob Whitfield as your LT? Jesus a bus could make an end run around this guy. I'm 42 going on 43 and have more lateral movement than that stiff. I mean it is not a knock against your manhood to have a TE or RB chip the DE every now or then. Unless we get our pass rush back...every one of our opponents are going to carve through these DB's like butter. :brooding:
  15. You know right now I am listening to the Giants radio report on WFAN; I never listen to the television broadcast even with the annoying delay that was put in place so us chillin' don't hear a bad word over the air . If you want some keen analysis you will usually hear it here. According to Jennings it was illegal for the Bears to run it out....but it seems that they did it last year? What is the rule? I remember something similar happening in 88' where LT blocked a field goal against the E-girls and they advanced it for a touchdown. The reason given was that it got knocked into the E-girls backfield. Shockey sounded disgusted, beaten down and in literal shock during his interview.
  16. Glad I could bring a smile to your faces and help people forget this debacle.
  17. Just think we almost beat these bastards with our second and third stringers....too bad our coaches cannot go on Injured Reserve. Shit I would tackle Fassel about now tie him up and express mail him to the Giants sideline. I would also kidnap the Cheerleader, Huffspittal, and Yes you can call a Blitz Lewis and place them in an undisclosed position till after the playoffs....if we make it.
  18. Don't you dare say that....the truth is an unwelcome state of being in Giants land.
  19. Again I am not a lover/hater of Eli (AKA Opie); but a decent quarterback coach would sit down with him on the sideline somewhere and just tell him to take a deep breath and stop imitating a cannon every time you throw. For Christ's sake your guys are not stilt man. Plaxico is only 6'5'' ....not 7'10". I hate these national games...it almost always negatively affects the Giants. Come on you Cheerleader there are only three plays for that kind of distance with a shaky kicker...you punt....you go for it with something imaginative...or you fake it. Not a give up the game and tip your cap field goal by that choker Feely. :brooding:
  20. "Obviously the game did not turn out the way we expected...." Wow what a genius you are Nimrod. My God what would we do without your keen analysis.
  21. Once they let that scrub get a first down after 3 and 22 in the first half...if was over. Shit it was over when Plaxico got overthrown on the first drive of the game.
  22. What is with all of these injuries? Could it be our training methods? Our strength and conditioning? Guys not keeping it up in the off-season? Or over training? What gives?
  23. I know I have a better chance of the Heavens opening up and God's Hand descending upon me right now to anoint me as the Messiah, than for our coaches to adjust. If those odds are too steep how about my chances of winning the lotto....a long-term relationship with the two ladies named above.
  24. I hear you. Again too bad he could not rehab the leg. But he chose surgery and for him it was the right decision. Better to be able to walk like a human being than a gimpy duck any day.
  25. Yeah maybe the cheerleader will actually go out and gameplan a good game. And when the game plan gets screwed maybe there might be a logical adjustment or two, huh. Here's hoping.
