I think Cam loved NY, he just wanted to play Center Field. I really liked Cam, just not his streaky nature. The games I went to last year we sat right near right field and he was always messing with the fan, and having a great time out there. It was nice to see a pro player having fun and not just treating it as work.

It might be good for Matsui to start out on the road, so he doesn't get booed mercilessly at shea on his first strike out or error. Maybe he can pull it together this season and be a semi solid hitter. He did pretty good at the plate in his first season. Fielding problems really screwed him up.

I know this won't be a popular statement, but i think Julio started to work out some kinks on Sunday. He did give up that rocket line drive to the 396 wall, but if he can get himself right in these early games, grab some confidence, it will definately strengthen our pen. I think I will always be nervous when he enters games but Sanchez, Heilman, Bradford and a righted Julio seems like a solid bridge to Wagner.

If you see him run in real life he is flying. I only went to 4 games last year, but i got to see him run the bases. You can't get a feel for how fast he is actually moving on TV because he is so fluid, but he definately moves.
