  1. Retart voters didn't even put him in the All Star game. AJ Pierzynski won the Fina Man vote over him. Ridiculous. There should be a survery before the ballot to see if you're qualified to vote. pierzynski over hafner, wut has this world come too
  2. He becomes the number one. I liked Reggie Brown as the number one before, and u have LJ Smith at TE who will have a monster year. I no longer regret taking McNabb in one of my fantasy leagues
  3. Hi, request from the only Dolfan on the site, but it would be appreciated. Previously, I was using Chris Chambers wallpaper but it got deleted and so did the site so I can't get it again. I am looking for wallpaper that would have Chris Chambers, Randy McMichael, Daunte Culpepper, Ronnie Brown, Channing Crowder, and Jason Allen. Any combination of them would work too, but I would at least like Chambers in there. Thanks to anyone that can help me out
  4. A.J. Feeley was released by the Chargers! And we thought he was worth a second round pick wow. Good riddance Feeley : ( We got Cleo Lemon for him
  5. Considering Gateb said he made it, I'm assuming he's David Geller
  6. I personally do not like Zito. Since his 2002 Cy Young, he has not been the same pitcher. Although most AL pitchers that go to NL usually own, you cannot assume that will happen with Zito. Also remember last season when the Yankes brought up Chien-Ming Wang. He pitched great during the first half, but then tore his rotator cuff or something. Many Yankees fans were begging Cashman to trade the highly touted rookie for great veterans at the trade deadline, but Cashman didn't budge. This season, he leads the Yankes in wins. Minaya made the right move in not trading Milledge. Although, if it was Milledge for Dontrelle Willis straight up, you can't pass on that. Willis is about 25 and would have double the amount of wins of he pitched for a good team
  7. i like Dan Wilkinson, our new DT
  8. still a huge chunk of practices missing. on another note, Steve Smith and Hines Ward has missed just about as many practices with the same injury. I barely hear a word about them.
  9. Even though it probably will not accomplish nothing, this is what needed to happen sooner than later. Everyone knows TO is really only playing football for the money. Just some specualtion, but I would assume that he would be happier catching 10 passes and losing a game than catching 2 passes and winning a game. How many practices has terrell even been in? I think 5-7 at the most. On the other hand, there is no way that Parcells cannot play him. Owens is arguably the best WR in the game and taking him out of the offense would be like suicide. Even though I believe they could get by with Terry Glenn as the #1, the Cowboys would not want to do that. I guess we'll just wait and see...like last year in Philadephia. Must feel good to be a Giants fan right now
  10. What to add that Gateb didn't put already? It's two different situations, and that is due to the leagues. As of now, Melky is batting with nick green behind him, although it used to be Damon (in the 9 spot) or Jeter (as leadoff). Melky usually has protection, while Pedro or El Duque won't do much for you when you're batting in front of them. Which brings up a good point: Take the DH out of the AL. As a Yankee fan, I know this drastically hurts us. By removing the DH, leagues will be on an even playing field. All the talk of "The NL is a lesser league" will stop and it will make the game of baseball once again, the game of baseball.
  11. One question: Why would you want to break up the best tandem of DE in the league?
  12. He's listed as DT on Giants.com. He played end last year We had him last season and he backed up JT. Didn'y get much time. He was actually demoted to 3rd string when Taylor missed two games. I can imagine he won't get any playing time this year with Strahan, Osi, Kiwinuka, and JUSTIN TUCK!
  13. i still find it funny that fellow Yankee fans want to trade the best player in baseball (you could make an argument for Pujols or even Papi now). The guy is about to enter the prime of his career and he has accomplished so much. He has the potential to pass Aaron on the home run list. I believe he is the 400-450 range. He is closing in on 100 RBI for the season. He drews alot of walks and doesn't swing at many bat pitches. Although his play at third has not been up to par this season, he almost won a gold glove last season. IMO, the only reason he didn't was because the voters were used to giving it to A's 3B Eric Chavez. Also, to criticize him because he as the highest paid player is bullshit. Sorry VG, but you have to blame the Rangers for giving him all that money. (coff coff Chan Ho Park, now on the Padres). He is such a bad person for agreeing to that contract. If someone offered you 250 million over 10 years, I think you would do the same. Every player experiences a season or two like this over a long career. What frustrates me is that next year when he is back to MVP status, everybody who jumped off his bandwagon this year will be right back on it saying "I never doubted you Alex. MVP 07!". because that is just being a fairweather fan and nobody likes them. I have not once made any comment about trading him or that he sucks major balls or any of that crap. So when he ends next season with 50+ homers, wins a gold glove, is in the top 5-10 in the AL in BA, and once again brings glory back to his name, you guys know who said it first, Torn084.
  14. Manny Ramirez he usually does. Its b/c he misplays so many balls and runners try to stretch the hit
  15. He just didn't wanna resign with us. That bastard. I hope he's happy when the Pats don't even win the division
  16. kiwi was very impressive. At least your first rounder is playing right now, we jsut signed Allen, jason that is
  17. I never realized how popular it is. I am in Myrtle Beach for the first time and I saw signs and shirts all over the place. As for Talledega Nights, I understood because I watch sportscenter everyday and have learned it the basics. Agreed about hockey and miracle
  18. ive only seen a little bit, but hasselback looks lost
  19. twins are done. they were out of it before he started, and they will fall out of it again. 1. Tigers 2. Mets 3. Yankees 4. White Sox 5. Red Sox 2,3,4 could flip flop either way
  20. I'm sorry I couldn't resist. In all honesty, I don't think it would be a blow out if it happened again. I don't even know which team would win. I think one team would win 4-2, but the Yanks only go as far as Johnson does in his start.
  21. i was kidding about gilmore girls, but yea I'll be watching. I wanna see my boy Madison. I miss him
  22. Even though I'm a Phin fan, I'm anxious to see the Giants in 06. I'll be watching Plus, Gilmore Girls isn't on today
  23. PM a few people and specifically. nobody goes in general football section anyway
  24. to me is not interesting. And to make a movie Talledega Nights was pointless. Will Ferrel is a hilarious actor, but this one just didn't work for me
