  1. Me too. Jarrett is another possession receiver and only got open because of all the oher guys.
  2. Guys the kid we got from Brown is a gift. He was the fastest LB in the draft and the knock against him was he didn't play against real competition. Now I know Brown is no Texas or Oklahoma but the kid had an NFL Dad is super smart and is big. I love this pick.
  3. Well hell - obviously I don't know how to take a poll. I wanted to see what everyone thought our first piock will be. LB, OL, CB, WR and RB
  4. OK guys let me know who you think. If you like post why.
  5. Eli is the NY Giants QB not Shockey & Burress alone. Those 2 should get their butts up here with the rest of the team. I remember as a kid playing in some touch leagues and some of us would practice before the season. It just makes sense.
  6. That was one of the great plays of all time.
  7. Patriot lest you forget, Terrible Tom taught Tiki how to carry the ball so he wouldn't fumble. Turned him into an All Pro RB. And Tiki ungrateful little shyt had his best years under TC.
  8. My 2 favorites were winning the 2 Super Bowls. The 2 worst - 1. watching Frank Gifford's career come to an end - almost and watching Jim Brown carry 7 of my beloved Giants into the end zone. Maybe it was 4 but as I recall there were bodies hanging all over him. Un flocking real.
  9. "Jerry Reese is not happy about the way free agency has went," Geez I don't know who Kazeem Hiswani is but he needs a few grammar lessons IMO. I don't see us getting Briggs unless Reese is willing to give up the Farm. But who knows.
  10. Shake, If Staley or PP is available at 20 I think I take one of them 1st RD. We have had bad luck over the years with DBs in the 1st rd. Obviously you have done your homework.
  11. Ice do not forget that Tiki's best years were under that terrible tyrant Tom C. Coughlin had Tiki adjust the way he carried the ball and made him an all pro RB. Now Coughlin is not my fav coach but some of this is ridiculous.
  12. How come Jarret was open so much? I didn't realize he is THAT slow. 4.7 for a WR is sloooowwwwwww. IMO I loved Jeff Samardzjia from ND but he's playing baseball for the flippin Cubs.
  13. Hey UK, nice list, but I don't think they will be there for us. PP will be gone before 20. Likewise most of your other picks will be gone before we have a chance to draft.
  14. I agree. I saw him play in college and he could take over a ballgame. I like it when he calls the plays in the no huddle - it seems he gets a rythym going and we all know he is capable of doing great things. has he been consistent? Hell no. But is there a chance he develops into a great QB? I believe there is. The main thing is he has to do it this year.
  15. I know we need an OL, OLB, WR and defensive backs, but wouldn't it be awesome if we were able to pick up Brian Leonard at the end of the first round? What a backfield.
  16. While i never saw him play in college, I read about him many times since i worked in Chicago and got the Chicago Tribune. As a college player he averaged 6.7 yards per carry for his entire college career - he is flat out fast and once he learns to lower his body he will be like a flipping torpedo coming at you. I was more excited about this kid than I was with Eli originally. Hopefully this coming year they will both make me proud.
  17. Plus they are a division rival so that never makes sense to me.
  18. While O'Hara may not be the best he was solid all season long for us. I especially liked watching him and Snee pull on a sweep.
  19. Did I miss something On Reggie Torbor?
  20. Unfortunately Farley also died. Very funny.

  21. I recognize Christina Applegate, Chris Farley, David Spade, SNL skit right? The girl is from Capt. Ron and the guy died.

  22. Guys don't forget the kid owns nearly every UK passing record and while Kentucky isn't USC, they had several pretty decent QBs over the years.
  23. But won't we really need 2 of each? BTW I agree we need to give BJ a chance. Before the Giants he had a career 6.7 ypc so he can bring it. IMMHO I like the kid from Northern Illinois. Where do y'all think he'll go?
