I think to much expectation is put on first round players in today's NFL.

Not going to try and make it sound like Ross is the greatest corner to ever suit up in blue but the entire secondary last year had alot of plays where they just looked like they didnt know what the hell was going on. I dont know if they didnt understand Fewells schemes or something was lost in translation while getting set up on the field but how many times did you see WRs run free past our secondary last season? Luckily though like you said Ross and the rest all stepped up their play in the playoffs.

So since Manning is going to replace Tebow. Does this mean Peyton is the Anti-Christ?

Hasnt it been said that Elway just really doesnt like Tebow as a QB? I thought that was a big thing when Tebow got the nod to start and it wasnt until he put up some W's that Elways changed his story.

So much for Tebow time. Wonder where God will put him next.

Every site I read has it as "LB Williams signs.......blah blah blah with Bills." He could be signed on as a LB/DE but either way he got LB money.

One thing to note though is Williams was signed as a LB not a DE. I think in terms of league average LBs are paid alot more then DEs.

I'll still stand by what I said. The guy has alot of talent but is dumber then a sack of bricks. Hopefully the mental errors dont stack up and he can live up to the potential that he had in Dallas.

How so? Second best QB in the draft behind Luck. Sounds like a kid with his head on straight, son of two military parents. The 'Skins are getting a franchise QB by all accounts. The one thing I find scary about him is watching him throw he at least looks to be pretty accurate and likes to pass first but he has the legs of Vick.

Peyton aint going to the 'Skins but he certainly aint with the Colts either. Good move, give that RG2 1/4 a possession WR to throw too.

I think the hope is to keep the pieces around Eli for the next four-five years before he retires. Then go through a rebuild, Seems to be the normal for any team with a franchise QB.
