  1. http://www.nfl.com/n..._headline_stack Do you think the new replacement refs will hate the Giants more or less then the old refs? Do you think the ratio of calls against or for the Giants will go up or down? Do you think that 9/11 was an inside job by the refs of the NFL?
  2. We just drafted a first round RB to be replacing Bradshaw. I honestly hope I dont see Scott get one carry this season over Wilson.
  3. Best quote in the entire thing Jpp- "I love my team, thank you Giants for drafting me"
  4. Coughlin obviously has no control over this team, we would be better with guys like Chucky or the Chin. Sorry had a Stroud moment there.
  5. Yeah all I remember hearing was that there were three QBs who threw for more then 5k yards this year or something so I really didnt pay much attention to it.
  6. I thought Fantasy Football ranking were more based on how many numbers that the QB can put up. I mean didnt Stafford throw for almost 5k yards? I thought FF was all about the numbers and less about the success of the QB.
  7. I'm surprised there was even an article about this. Nicks is clearly the best WR in the division. Top 5 WR in football.
  8. When I first read the title I read it as "Nicks might be back in action in weeks 4-6" Just what we need Nicks being out for 6 games. Glad to hear the recovery is going ahead of schedule.
  9. Because as we all know, if Eagles fans know one thing about football it's winning Superbowls.
  10. Well at least we have a log jam at CB this offseason. My money is on 3/4 of them being on IR by the end of game seven.
  11. Every franchise has had a history of bad players who perform on the field, the fact that Pacman Jones is still in the league proves that the NFL is a business. To think that the Giants are the only "clean" franchise in the league is just being a Giant's homer.
  12. You always want confidence in your players, helps with the competition. Webby is obviously the number one CB on the team but we have great depth in talent with the rest of the CBs as well. T2, Princy, Hosley, all of them chomping at the bit to get starting time.
  13. Sorry to hear, he has had a bad hand dealt to him with the injury. Maybe he ends up on another teams squad but if the Giants dont think he can play any meaningful football then I doubt he is ever going to do anything meaningful on the field.
  14. Always nice to bolster depth. It's going to be an interesting camp for WRs. You know Nicks and Cruz have down the 1 and 2 spot but we have a log jam of talent at the WR position. Going to be interesting who is cut and who stays.
  15. Or you know, like I said their friends outside of the game and the media is just making it a big deal.
  16. It's funny the media call this a "feud" When off the field more then likely both these guys are good friends or something.
  17. You know, I love being a Giants fan right now when the big debate is who is going to be the FOURTH WR on the depth chart. I remember it being "Who the fuck are we going to line up across from Toomer?!?"
  18. Well time to sit Eli down and let a real QB show him how it's done.
  19. If anything brings Jacky out of the wood works, this article will be it. Glad to have some stability at the position anyways.
  20. Oh I agree, if JPP keeps playing like he is he's going to have a much more successful career then Strahan, which I think is funny we retire one HoF DE and we have another who might just be a better DE. Just to me LT changed the game because no one had seen a LB like him at any point in NFL history. JPP is coming in to a franchise that has recently seen Strahan and still have Tuck and Osi. But yeah we can agree that JPP has an almost unimaginable potential to be the best DE to ever suit up in Blue and this is coming from a guy who owns five Strahan jerseys.
  21. LT changed the game forever, even if JPP has a career much like Strahan, LT will still be the better defensive player.
  22. I was just going to say 2004. Without Eli the Giants do not have two more Lombardi trophies in their collection. But if we are just talking about over all the best draft that we have got the most contribution/longevity from players I would think maybe 1993, able to get both Strahan and Armstead.
  23. I think the Giants will see where he is at next year. If he's still not in football shape, give him a pat on the back for trying but let him know his chance isnt going to be with the Giants.
  24. No just every season atleast one player out of no where gets some praise from the coaches and fans go nuts over them. Then when they actually see the field you wish they never suited up in Giants blue.
