Lol what are you even on about? Yes you need continuity in the NFL you can't turn over 60+ players in a three year span and expect to win. But thats on the GM and coaches to find players who stick and can be developed, and use FA to fill gaps that you couldn't in the draft. It's also player talent because sometimes a player just doesn't have the commitment or talent. It's cause and effect. You have players who are still developing and FA stop gaps. Right now the Giants are trying to build their core of players, who's going to be around in four more years who's going to be a good player, etc. Something that should of happened years ago. He was lost in nostalgia and hoping we could have another miracle playoff run. Eli and 99% of the roster should of been gone in 2017. But no they kept everyone around.
