Herc
http://www.espn.com/nfl/draft2019/story/_/id/26247599/giants-murray-meet-pro-day The New York Giants' contingent in Oklahoma for Kyler Murray's pro day, which includes coach Pat Shurmur and senior vice president of player personnel Chris Mara, also plans to spend time with the quarterback Wednesday night after his workout, a source told ESPN's Jordan Raanan. 2019 NFL DRAFT When: April 25-27 Where: Nashville, Tennessee How to watch: ABC/ESPN/ESPN App McShay's Mock Draft 3.0: Updated picks » Answering 10 intriguing draft questions » Kiper's Mock Draft 2.0: Going 1-32 » Kiper's Big Board » | McShay's Top 32 » Draft order: Picks 1-32 set » More NFL draft coverage » The Giants admittedly are looking hard at quarterbacks, with Eli Manning 38 years old and in the final year of his contract. New York, which owns the No. 6 overall pick and now the No. 17 overall pick after the trade of Odell Beckham Jr. to the Cleveland Browns, likely will have to trade up if interested in Murray. The buzz around the combine suggested he will be the No. 1 overall pick. Murray, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, will not measure again at his pro day, an Oklahoma spokesman said. He was 5-foot-10⅛ and weighed 207 pounds at the scouting combine in Indianapolis. He did not participate in any drills at the combine, however. He weighed in at 205 pounds on Wednesday at his pro day. He will not be running at his pro day, only throwing. There has been widespread speculation that the Arizona Cardinals plan to select Murray with the No. 1 overall pick.
BlueInCanada
I wasn't kidding I'm burning every thing Giants related if that new Getty trades the first round picks to Arizona for the #1overall just to grab Murray. Ugh

Sephiroth
Not interested in him. Honestly, I'd rather have an elite pass rusher and another o-lineman than take Murray.
BlueInCanada
You dislike him that much? If he's there at 6 then sure why not. But trading multiple picks for him, naww
fringe
I'd rather see what Rosen could do with a 2nd round investment. Were this last year, Rosen would definitely be ahead of Murray. Besides, I didn't like that Murray didn't have the decency to talk to the A's about his decision to join the draft after they invested a #1 pick inhim, not to mention close to 5 million bonus- which he gets to keep around $200k. I think that's worth a phone call.
Nas
If he's there at 6 then sure why not. But trading multiple picks for him, naww I have to believe one of the 2 qbs worth a damn will be there at 6 for us... leaning more towards Haskins... Even if they're not, if it means Williams or Allen falls to us, I'd be more than happy with that. We end up with one of those two guys and Rosen for our 3rd, I'm one happy camper. BronxRik
Don't we have a bunch of picks this year? Like 12 total after the Beckham trade? We should package some of those later picks and move around however we have to so we can pick Haskins and Devin White. I don't know how all that shit works, but if we have all those picks, you know only 2-3 are gonna work out anyway. Maybe.

I don't know how all that shit works, but if we have all those picks, you know only 2-3 are gonna work out anyway. Maybe. The problem is most of them are in the later rounds. After round two the value of picks drops dramatically. I could see them grabbing BPA at pick #6, probably a DL/LB. Then using the extra third and a fourth and #17, to jump back up into the top 15. Grab someone who has fallen. Imagine a world where Josh Allen and Devin White end up on the defence. But Getty is probbably a fucktard and will just give the 'Cards both first round picks and a sixth, to move up to #1 and grab Haskins/Murray.
