Bannister move was horrible. Maybe Burgos will get better but I doubt it. I liked Bannister last year until he got hurt. We had pitchers who were expendable. I guess it was a chance he took and it did not work. I like that guy Carp guy in Binghamton. He had nice pop on the bat and I bet he will be traded in the offseason. God this game sucks. Mota was another good move

No i think he meant Green and/or Alou. This game stinks so far. Had a nice rally last inning and Alou hits into a DP. I like LMilz in center though. The team has to brush back a braves player. They look pretty flat today.

It does not matter to me. I want to see one though. I am more afraid that they wont have one than use the old one or a new one. Maybe a new one but an exact replica of the current one. I could live with that. I just don't want to see a apple that is all high tech and just looks like it does not belong. you know what I mean?

I wonder who they are. I bet Julio Franco was one of them. I bet there is some dissension with Beltran and some other latino players. We have heard Lo Duco complain in the past why the latino players don't speak up. Do you know what though, not everyone is going to like each other. That is a fact and human nature. We hear the same thing about ARod and the Yankees. Not everyone has to like each other. Just win as a team.

yeah guys, I don't know how I stayed a Mets fan. There were some really horrible years. Horrible is too nice of a word to describe it. I just could not see myself rooting for another team. I have always stayed with my Rangers, Giants and Sixers but almost gave up on the Mets. When Dykstra was traded away that was almost it for me. The baseball strike was the final straw. I watched minor league baseball more than major league. My dad and I would travel around the whole northeast going to minor league games and we would not talk about going to a MLB game. I don't know what brought me back to baseball, but what brought me back to the Mets was the trade for Mike Piazza. I did watch Piazza a lot and he was a Philly guy who I rooted for. I guess he is who got me back in the game and the Mets.

I boarded the train yesterday. This is not good for this team. This is horrible for the team. This should have been an issue earlier in the off season. Not before and during training camp. This is a selfish move. If I were Reece, I would tell him to go fly a kite.
