  1. What did you expect he's a Mets fan......oh, wait............................
  2. Everyone panic, the season's over before it started!!!!!
  3. You should visit the Giants section more often. Oh, and thanks for not being a dick about it.
  4. I don't think anyone is going to deny the loss of Osi is a setback. Not anyone in their right mind anyway. The loss of one player may change an opponents schemes against us (i.e. Shockey), but we have backups for a reason. Things may not go as the coaches planned prior to the loss of Osi, but surely they're not going to lay down and die before the first snap of the regular season has yet to be played. Things will be different, difficult even, but hopefully the team plays it's best each week and their efforts pay off.
  5. Yeah, I agree. I'd have to ask the follwing question though: What if this happened in say, week 5? Obviously Coughlin would have some plan in place, and I'm sure it wouldn't be to move Kiwi mid-season. Knee jerk reaction (no pun intended) would be to move him because the season hasn't even started, but I think Coughlin should stick to whatever plan he had if Osi went down later in the season.
  6. Of course it is. Believe me, if those of us on a message board can figure that out, so can opposing offensive coordinators. Thank God Reese got Spags back. He'll figure a scheme out, just watch.
  7. Good Lord.....you've been trolling the GMB, haven't you?
  8. No doubt it's bad news, but let's be realistic here. It's hard enough to repeat with no personnel losses in the off season, nevermind losing Strah, Shockey, Mitchell and the rest. The Giants were going to have a hard time anyway. Everyone thought Tiki retiring doomed us to failure and it worked out for us anyway. The likelihood of that happening 2 seasons in a row, and with 4 times as many losses makes repeating almost impossible. I'm not saying the Giants won't repeat, anything can happen, but with or without Osi, be honest, we were not a shoe-in to begin with. It's going to be a true Rolaid season......I'm totally looking forward to it.
  9. Oy vey, the board over there is full of some of the dumbest shit I've read in ages. They're in full panic mode (maybe rightfully so), and there are a shitload of 'bring strahan back' threads. Nothing ever changes.
  10. ........SHANKED, by Huston. 0-0 at the half.
  11. Considering this is the game where teams are showing the 'closest to the real season', the Giants ain't looking so good.
  12. No, it didn't. Looked like he planted his foot, and his body turned but his foot didn't. At first they said 'helped off the field", and when it came back from commercial, he was on the cart.
  13. Oh boy. Carted off the field, nothing further yet.
  14. This one's working like gold: Justin.tv Sportscenter
  15. The 'sportscenter' link is working better. ALOT better.
  16. Yeah, it's working, barely, but better than nothing....or paying. Tuck got a nice sack on Favre, but Eli just got sacked and they're punting.

  18. Nice find. I've been searching for hours. We'll see if they show it here in about 4 minutes.
  19. I know kicker is an underrated position, but if the Giants missed a FG during the Superbowl, the stick'em catch and ensuing TD only lead to overtime. Point is, missed FG's cost games.
  20. His arm??? This is the Giants we're talking about, not the Mormons.
  21. I've studied Nem-a-neese for more than 5 years, and I'm pretty damn good at it, but WTF are you trying to say there?
  22. Yeah, but I'm at work, it's not on this computer. Here's the link to the whole gallery: nygiantsgirl.com/galleries She's mighty fine. Here's the link to her homepage: NY Giants Girl
  23. My boss said "Now there's one good quarterback playing in the Meadowlands". :brooding: Fucking 'Phins fan.
