I blame Mara at this point. He thought a change at Coach was more deserved than a change at GM. Coughlin gets bounced out, lands back in JAX, and is now guiding that team back towards the playoffs while the Giants are the joke of the NFL in the twilight years of their best QB ever.

I have an open mind on McAdoo. He needs an offensive line, and the front office has every right to demand a play calling offensive coordinator. Problem McAdoo has if he follows a very successful disciplined veteran coach. The roster needs to be replanted with his guys, and that will take time. But yeah, Reese needs to go. If time was up for Coughlin, someone give me one good fucking reason why it's not up for Reese.

Agreed. And I would concentrate on run blockers. Without a viable running game, you can't do shit. Case in point is the NO Saints. Always a great running line for Brees.

To have a QB like Eli Manning is an absolute gift to s GM. The biggest calls any GM needs to make is finding a franchise QB and head coach. He inherited Coughlin, who is likely headed to Canton. Reese neglected core team needs for so long it cost Coughlin his job. He inherited Eli Manning, who will go down in franchise history as their best QB, and also may be in Canton. During his tenure, the best Reese could do to protect him was Justin Pugh. Eli has no running game, and can't set up a deep pass without putting his life in jeopardy. Reese saved his ass by breaking the vault signing free agents that other GMs had drafted. In a couple years, Eli will be retired, Beckham will command a price tag the Giants might not match, and those high priced free agents will be aging out. As bad as this year has been, it could very well get worse.

Reese has ruined this team, and has run out of scapegoats and excuses. My only regret this year is that Eli has to carry this bucket of suck for another 13 games.
