I thought Kerry Collins played very well for that train wreck of a team and I actually watched some Raiders games... Kerry Collins could easily still be a starter in this league...especially if Kurt Warner still will be.

i'm definitely starting to like the idea of drafting an LB instead of going with the question mark that is Lavar Arrington (which I must say I was all for signing a couple days ago)...but the fact we have pretty much revamped our secondary (though I still dont like our CB situation) and that DT is a crapshoot in the draft, I think the better route is to sign someone like Rocky Bernard and then draft a LB, like you said.

I really like this signing. I would have preferred Tank Williams but both are young and I cant argue at all with it. I think the fact that he is young can be used to defend his signing in regards to his knee injury... and to Plax, he played beside Ed Reed...that's good enough for me and there's a thread i started on the second page of this forum where people talk about him...if you're interested.

you guys see 'glaring need' at DT and I see the need for 1 starter. William Joseph should be one of our starters. Fred Robbins is a good rotational guy. I would personally like to see us get a guy like Sam Adams and switch to the 3-4...but I dont think it would ever happen because that would limit the efficiency of our two pro bowl ends... Personally, I believe there is still a much bigger hole/question as to who our second starting CB should be(especially since it was a need going into the offseason). I dont agree when a lot of people on here say we should just throw Corey Webster in there...I also believe there is a much bigger need at LB than there is at DT... I would rather us go LB or CB in the first with OT in the second and whatever position we didnt get in the first in the third...but there's also the inherent flaw of drafting by position and not by player... only time will tell...

this board is full of chicken littles. they say they left the GMB because of it's stupidity yet they don't realize the original Sportswrath crew left because of them and they just brought it over here.

it prolly wont come back to haunt them because when they realize the players they got suck they will restructure all their contracts or release them...and the players will have no choice since they have had shitty or injury ridden seasons and wont command much money on the market anyway...

it's pretty much a safe bet that we will still draft a CB fairly early...none of these signings are for the long term...and other than Madison and to some extent Mcquarters, the other two will see limited time on defense and more time on special teams.

I think I'm alone here but I would really like to see a starting CB tandem of Sam Madison and Will Allen...I think Mr. Allen would benefit from Mr. Madison's presence... That way Corey Webster has another year at nickel and RW can play dime.

it's like a lot of people are already shaking in their boots, it's nothing to develop a stomach ulcer over...the skins do this every year...normally they pick up players like Marcus Washington who was a better signing than ANY of these guys this year...

both are pretty promising and better than what we have i'm keeping my fingers crossed for either. It must be said that Will Demps did have the advantage of playing next to Ed Reed in a pretty damn good secondary...

1. How often does this work for the Skins? 2. None of those players scare me. 3. None of them are any better than players we currently have. 4. Every one of them are overpaid. 5. The NYG still get the players they want without overpaying. 6. I was nervous when they signed Clinton Portis and Lavernaeus Coles in the same season...this year doesnt even compare.
