where have you guys been the past 10 years? Every year the Redskins overpay for players in the first week. Every year the Giants take their time and get the players they want anyway, at their price, avoiding cap hell in the future. How often has the Skins signing spree panned out? You guys are worried about an old tight end that has averaged 25 receptions a season, a career number 3 WR who can throw an occasional pass, and a dude with 3 career interceptions. The only good signing they had was Brandon Lloyd and they gave up future prospects AND overpaid for him. You Chicken Littles need to shut the fuck up.

naw, the Vikes will be the ones overpaying for him...7 year 49 mil so far...yet to be matched by Seattle...

hahaha they so overpaid him. the redskins sign many quality backup wrs, though...i guess Washingon is where career number twos go to halt their careers.

true, let another team overpay for him...but on the offhand chance he tests the market and no one wants to overpay him, I'd like to see him stay with the Giants...I'm thinking if it's between a little bit more money from the Cardinals and a smaller contract from the Giants, he'd choose the Giants... I'm thinking itd be easier going into the season having one CB experienced in this system...

I believe Kerry Collins should be on that list. For what was expected of him (which was next to nothing), he led the team to a Super Bowl birth and played pretty well with the Giants.

I think alot of it is psychology...the Giants will be playing a lot of those players in the future...if someone (say the Cowboys somehow) picked up Vince Young, the Giants have the questions he answered and all that stuff and can be better prepared to face him and maybe find a weakness or something...
