It comes down to Ware staying healthy and Brown bouncing back from his injury. Not worried about Jacobs, everyone has a down season.
-
Jerry Jones still runs the show. Makes me wonder if he'll go senile like Al Davis.
in their pre season power rankings
new orleans #5
colts #1
where do they come up with this stuff?
on what basis are the cowpokes #2
-
Its actually typical with a majority of Asian pitchers, especially from Taiwan. They have insane pitch counts from very early on and they are burned out by the time they make it into MLB.
-
I had little faith in this rumor when it started back in May and now the Rangers have Cliff Lee.
-
So who trades for players that will be cut?
They are going to add another punter most likely or fill another thin roster spot like Dt for competition. Giants won't trade away the future for a return guy that most likely will be cut.
-
They are saying it but won't believe it till it is done.
This is the last draft class that's gonna make out like bandits too. They're changing the rookie pay scales, finally.
-
Would speak volumes of Petrus and his ability if he could unseat Seubert.
yeah but id say our oline is a little better now than it was when diehl was a rookie.
-
Main concern with McKenzie is his health. Last season he had knee problems, year before that it was back spasms. He's not getting younger or cheaper.
McKenzie was a great pickup when we snatched him in free agency from the Jets.
-
I'd rather keep Diehl where he is and move out McKenzie
-
I'll never consider him a waste of pick just from his performance during our super bowl run in the playoffs and the Super Bowl. He was the only guy with speed in the linebacker core at the time that was capable of running down field.
Wilkinson ........will have a rubbish camp ...pick up another injury ...and finally prove that he was a wasted 3rd round pick !
-
Can't believe you added Boss to that list.
Smith, Boss and Kiwi.
Some team out in the AFC West (Cough **Raiders**Cough) is going to over pay for his services and be very disappointed.
-
He wants to get traded and I want his paycheck, life sure does suck.
-
So ends his last season with the Giants.

Most of us do, yet read we must...its the offseason and football is a long ways off.
I don't. I pretty much recognize shit articles over the first 3 to 5 sentences.
-
We keep reading their articles
Awesome article... but I see more and more crap writing from journalists every day.
The Thomas article about Thomas talked about Thomas and what Thomas meant to the team and if Thomas had a drink every time Thomas was mentioned or Thomas was quoted, Thomas would have to go to the Thomas and Thomas rehab center.
Seriously, how do some of these people keep their jobs?
-
I don't think you can compare injuries when you talk about Bradshaw and Jacobs. Jacobs gets gang tackled and since he's a big guy they are always going low on him. You go low on Bradshaw and he will either make you miss because of his size or high step over you.
5'9 vs 6'4
I'm betting Jacobs bounces back and has a great season this year.
-
I'll wait and see what they bring to the field.

You telling me you wouldn't complain when your boss hires someone to do your job and won't let you go until they are sure the new guy can take over for you? Crayton can't go find another team to play for until he is released. If the Cowboys hold on to him until the last possible minute it hurts his chances to find another team, learn their system and contribute. If he even finds another team he has to decide if he is going to move his family or just himself to wherever he is going to play next.
Like I said, its not just about the money.
The guy didn't say a word until they drafted someone that is going to take away his time on the field.
Apparently, you and I don't see eye to eye on that then. I don't bitch and complain when something doesn't go my way and beg to be let go when I'm not as good as someone that's ahead of me. I take my money and work harder and don't complain to other people. All I hear from Patrick Crayton is "blah blah blah, whine whine whine, you owe me, whine, blah blah blah, I'm entitled even though I'm not that good."
And I don't watch Patrick Crayton on TV. Not a Cowboys fan.
Yah right, these guys that have "the passion" would do it for peanuts. That's laughable.
-
Funny you mention this while we all sit somewhat patiently hoping the Jason Pierre-Paul experiment works out.
I remember back to the days when people thought Strahan was a waste of space... . Truth is in college these guys are either bull rush strength guys or speed guys with only one technique. Just as Strahan used to say you have to develop a second move to be a good pass rusher and the elite have three moves. I doubt our boy will be the second coming of LT so he will have a rough year.
-
I have no idea where people are getting the idea that his knee condition is a career ending situation. He can choose to retire but he can also play with it.
-
Another reason why he's on an NFL team and you're on a couch watching him on tv. Life is just not about the dollar bill. When you have the passion to play the game you'll do it for peanuts.
Reminds me of the players back in the day who had jobs during the offseason to pay the bills.
In other words, these guys don't really get how well they have it. Not to debt all their hard work to get to that point but come on. I'd give me left nut to be riding the bench on any professional sports team. Competitor or not, he isn't better than the guys ahead of him. Collect the paycheck and stfu.
-
Hey he is a competitor and I can see his point of view in this situation. He is not in the NFL just to pickup a paycheck, he wants to contribute and warming a bench is not how he wants to spend his season
-
He'll be fine.
-
and equals and a headcoach looking like
Is there anyone willing to say they sucked balls last season because they had a mental lapse, missed tackles whenever I was on the field, misjudged that angle, didn't know what play we were running, over ran a route or cut it too early, didn't realize the sidelines was that thick white line where everyone was standing?
